Chad Kennedy's Online Review Report Card

This review is about 4 years late in coming, but I have to say that Dr. Kennedy and his staff were absolutely on point with the care I received. I had a pretty major break in my ankle and Dr. Kennedy saw me right away and scheduled surgery within just a few days. My follow-up was spectacular as was the rehab. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Kennedy and his staff.

Absolutely recommend Dr. Kennedy! Very pleased with my surgery and outcome.

Dr. Kennedy was great and took care of not only my issues but also my sons issues. The issue will come up when you have to pay. I was required to pay which I did and sent check to them, but then I would receive a letter in the mail stating that I owed money. When I would call the financial people would say, oh I'm sure you are fine, we are just behind on getting things put into the system. It has now been sent to collections due their oversight even though it has been paid. Again he is a great doctor, but the financial team is lack luster that is why they received a 2 star rating.

Dr. Kennedy has done 2 surgeries (unrelated) on my foot. He fixed one problem that I had previously had surgery on by another doctor. Then he repaired a break. Both times he tried everything he could before doing the surgery. He isn’t one of those surgeons who want to operate every time you go in. My foot is better than it has been in 15 years! Also, he and his staff are courteous, kind and I’ve never had to wait, usually going right back to the examination room. I would recommend Dr. Kennedy without hesitation.

We loved Dr Kennedy! No sign in sheets at check in! When you walk in the front door they call you by name and take you right back to your room. They immediately take you for X-rays and Dr Kennedy is with you in minutes! He is relaxed and makes you feel like he has all the time in the world for you!

He is such a nice man and he did surgery on my foot to correct a previous surgery by another Dr, very knowledgeable, and kind. Even though I had gone to another Dr, the first time, he didn't even blink an eye, when he saw my problem, very calm. He is top notch in my book.

From the initial visit to my last check up, Dr. Kennedy and his staff did an excellent job. I had a total ankle replacement and nine weeks later I was walking on my new ankle. I never had any pain at all from either the surgery or the recovery. He has a well run office and absolutely the best staff. Everyone was friendly and efficient. Just an incredible experience. I would highly recommend his services as a surgeon and his office for continuing follow-up care.

Scheduled an appointment and had imaging done from a referral for services he doesn't even offer. He knew he wasn't going to do anything for me and scheduled anyway so they could bill.

Wonderful person and an outstanding surgeon!

Dr Kennedy recommended and performed fusion of my big toe even though I had no joint pain. He put screws in toes 2 and 3 to repair a hammertoe. After 1 year, my big and second toes go numb and the outside of my foot hurts when I walk. I need a second surgery on the third toe as it is now crossing the 4th toe. I’m not able to wear any shoe comfortably for any length of time. I regret having foot surgery.
