List of Children's Home Healthcare Amarillo's Reviews
My son has had the most amazing nursing care with Children's. Cindy Hunkapiller and Pam Garcia also Katrina do everything they can for My little man. The office staff BJ and Theresa also Melissa Really care about there Patients and the Parents. Thank you all for all the great work you do. If you have a special needs child this is the place to go. Thank you so much Norma and Martin Ibarra.
Children’s has been an amazing place to work for. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They are easy to work with when needing to change my schedule or when something comes up. My colleagues are very easy to work with.
Great place to work great environment the office is always available to Answer any questions and to help the patient and their family with any concerns
I couldn’t have asked for more! Children’s stepped in when I was very vulnerable, and couldn’t get help for my special needs fellow with another company. I appreciate everything they have done to help get me staffed! God Bless each of you!
I have worked for this company for nearly six years as an RN, and I have had no problems with my employment. The office does well communicating with me as well as my client’s family. I feel that I have been treated very well by this employer.
They have poor staffing and very little communication with the patients families to let them know they have or haven’t found a nurse to cover shifts. They used to be better at staffing and communication, but it has gone downhill.
If I could give negative stars I would. The office staff is rude and hateful. They take hours from nurses to give to their "veteran" nurses. I was promised 40 hours a week and my hours were given to a "veteran" nurse who wanted my patient. After that I barely got 12 hours a week. I would be sent to 2-3 different houses sometimes in a day and then nothing else. Oh and the sign on bonus is a joke. Get it in writing because when it comes time to pay it they'll make up every excuse not to pay it. I was screwed out of 1,000 sign on bonus and given different excuses as to why. The people in the office are rude, hateful, and do not care about customer service. They make promises to lure you in and then break them. I do not recommend this place to work or be a patient. They treat employees and patients like complete dirt. Don't recommend at all. Beware of children's home health.
I've made my career through Children's Home Healthcare. The office staff as well as the nurses in the field are all very kind and willing to answer any and every question. Communication is keen with this company and I'm proud to work with them. The patient and patient's family are always made the priority.Keep up the amazing work!
Children's Home Healthcare has been an important part of our son's care and our family for ten years now. We would highly recommend this agency! They are kind, accommodating, efficient and professional.
I love working for Children's Home Health. The office staff are the best! They are a support group that are encouraging to me. They always greet me with a smile and are helpful when I have questions. They are like family. Thanks Children's.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
