I can't get my prescription sent to my pharmacy. No assistance on phone or in office. Maybe I just wasted $65. Looking for another dermatologist now. Weldon Bynum.

The office can usually get me in to see them quickly. However, the wait time to be seen for your scheduled appointment is excessively long (I waited an hour to be seen by the doctor this time). It’s possible you need to space out the appointments a little more so the wait time is reduced. I had left work to go and didn’t expect to be gone for almost 2 hours. Additionally, the reason I was there to see the doctor wasn’t taken very seriously, and it was suggested if I have more issues to go to urgent care for help. It wasn’t a very productive visit since I still have no answers for a dermatological issue. I don’t expect urgent care to offer better answers than a trained dermatologist.
