My experience from the beginning call to the final appointment was very professional and very caring. I was so scared, and everyone gave me comfort and confidence I needed to get my eyes done. It was more pleasant than I ever imagined. Thank you to the staff and both Dr. A Rush & Dr. S. Rush.

I just called and the receptionist was extremely rude. I have 2 elderly parents and was trying to arrange an appt. She would not help in anyway and just abruptly said no. Unprofessional

The front staff was unprofessional. The dr maybe good but I have no idea since the receptionist was so rude. I called back to talk to a supervisor I was put in hold a very long time. Then the same receptionist came back Unprofessional front office

The dr maybe excellent but the receptionist was unprofessional and made it seem like I was bothering her to make an appt. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She put me in hold for a long time and receptionist came back on.

I have never entered a 'professional' office and felt less welcome. I felt like I was intruding on their morning. Not only that, they changed my appointment time and were "too busy" to call me! Well, they were a tad less busy, because I took my care elsewhere. Never been so disappointed in a physician's business.....

I have seen Dr. Rush for the past 25 years and there is no one more qualified in the Panhandle to perform cataract or LASIK surgery in my opinion. I LOVE his themed eye exam rooms and his staff. He can sometimes seem like he's in a hurry, but it's only because his practice is growing and obviously very popular with patients.
