Dr Banwait has Been a very good Dr to me. I have been seeing him for 12 years and have never had any problem with him or his staff. He helped in my treatment of my Barrets esophageal cancer with scopes and referring me to a different Dr for a different treatment. I have complete faith in him and his opinions. And would recommend him to any of my friends and I have.

He is horrible trying to get information from him about what’s wrong with you . All they want to do is colonoscopies . It’s like pulling teeth to find out what’s wrong . He will with hold medical information from you if you don’t let him do a colonoscopy on you . I wouldn’t recommend anyone to him . The worse doctor ever.

Dr. Banwait’s office called me to schedule my appointment after my Dr. referee me to them. The office called and confirmed my appointment as well. Now I’m in the office, after taking off work for the appointment and driving an hour and a half to be here and they are refusing to see me.My primary care doctor says they have my records. What a waste of time!

Absolutely TRASH if it wasn’t for COVID this “DR” would have never been in my wife’s room at all. Very rude and didn’t hear her out at all. Good going Doc good thing your license expires next year don’t renew it. The Med field is better off without you my man. Don’t schedule a procedure if you’re going to be 2 hours late for it. Would’ve been nice for you to let the family know that she made it out okay! Complete joke of a DR

This is not the best clinic if you value your time. I arrived to my appointment on time with all my paperwork filled out as instructed. Waited over an hour to be seen. Found another gastrologist with great reviews while I sat in the waiting room. Left after an hour plus of waiting without being seen.

Dr. Banwait and Sarah Lozano FNP have been taking care of me for about 8’years and I’ve never had any problems or complaints. Always professional and kind and above & beyond to care for me.

I stay on top of insurance issues so I know what to pay if need be up front. The front office staff wanted money upfront even though in argued with them I met deductable and shouldnt pay anything. Now I am fighting with them to get my credit back as they keep deducting from my credit. They can take it off my debit card but cant refund it back! Then they say that's what my I insurance said. Needless to say I gathered my stuff and left because the lady was so RUDE and not wanting to listen to anything I had to say. We will be going elsewhere.
