The most educational appointment I ever had. Superb assistance from staff and doctor Gerald! !!

Dr. Gerald and his staff worked me in at last minute and stayed late for me. I was very impressed with ALL of the staff and also with Dr. Gerald. They are all so nice and professional. Dr. Gerald's skills and friendliness are what is lacking in the medical community in general. One can tell what a great boss he is too, because the entire office family is helpful and kind. Dr. Gerald is my favorite doctor. My husband and I would love to have him as our primary care physician. There is no one better

Very nice staff, good eye Dr, but stop overbooking one Dr. I had to wait close to two hours in agony to see him my first appt. On follow up, 7:45 appt I walked out after waiting over an hour. Good place, but please be more realistic on appointments. Don't book 2 patients for 7:45 when u have one Dr. Time is precious, & constantly making ppl wait, as a habit it seems, is not good. Nice ppl, but I won't be back just for that.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gerald for many years now. He is a very kind and considerate Dr. I have not had to wait for too long when I have an appointment and if I did it was usually because something had come up that took more of his time. I don't know about the visit being 15 minutes, I was always confident that he had given me care that was required.There is an old saying: "Good things come to those that wait". He is an excellent Dr.

We’ve been brining my mom here for several years. Office staff is nice & so is Dr but they are consistently VERY SLOW. You see Dr/staff for about 15 mins but they make you wait for 1-3 hours sometimes to get your 15 mins. No one seems very concerned when I tell them how frustrating this is. It seems very inefficient & it feels disrespectful to the patients.

"Dr." Gerald is an idiot! I had an emergency visit the first round and he diagnosed me with dry eyes, and wanted to put me on a long term prescription eye drop. Then 2 days later, my eyes were sooo much worse, so I went back to him, and he told me that the severe eye pain, redness, and severe eye sensitivity I've been experiencing is all in my head! And then asked my friend while laughing if I had mental issues! Nobody in the office checked my eye pressure either, and the lady who checked my pupil sizes said they are not good, and "Dr." Gerald didnt even ask about it, and probably didnt even look at the numbers! HE NEARLY MADE ME LOSE MY EYESIGHT!!! If I would have listened to that quack then I would be blind right now! I went to an optometrist after leaving "Dr." Geralds office and found out the cause of my eye issues and pain! The optometrist called "Dr." Gerald an idot, and said he's too old and needs to retire! I am so shocked that a "so called good opthamologist" didnt know about my eye issues, which he is supposed to know all about, but an optometrist did! So, if you don't care to go blind, this is the perfect "doctor!"

Had to change my original review because despite some longer than expected wait times they have taken me in twice as a walk in. The staff has been friendly from the start so I never had a complaint there. Pick the right time to go or call to check wait times and your experience will be good. Dr Gerald listens and seems to want to get fi our issues resolved asap.

He did surgery (PRK) on both my eyes in 1995. He did a great job. My vision continues to be outstanding. He is a wonderful physician.

I was a new client and my appointment was at 3:10 and didn’t even see the doctor until 5:40. I waited way to long for him and should have walked out. Worst experience I have ever had.
