My experience is I'm struggling in my head, but I have allowed all types of substances to hinder me. This place is the greatest I've been coming since July of 20/20 years to get my mental health crisis's under control it has gotten better for me.

Was referred to here with another place. I chose this one due to location. Never even got first appointment. It was supposed to be an initial phone consultation. But evidently when they say first thing in the morning they mean something else. It's now 3 pm. I even called them at 10:45 am. I was told I would be called shortly. 4 hours later still waiting. Avoid, this not good behavioral healthcare.

gulf coast is the absolute worst psychiatrist i have ever been to. still in the waiting room over an hour after my set appointment time, a man was called before me. this happens every single time. the doctors dont listen to how you feel they just have whatever they have set in their heads and put you on medicines like a lab rat. absolutely horrible.

Dr. Aviles has been a great help to my sister, but today I realized how unprofessional the front desk people are. My sister is an autistic person and she went in for her appoiment she does not know English so my father and nephews whom are 12 years old accompanied her. They both clearly heard one of the woman say “HOW DOES SHE NOT KNOW ENGLISH”First of all DO NOT TALK ABOUT PATIENTS.Second she’s an autistic person whose first language is Spanish and that’s why my father accompanied her. Third your are there to help not to be rude. I really hope I can get in touch with someone that can let their staff know they are there to help, not to DISCRIMINATE their patients.

I want to thank DeMonica for taking time from her break just to help me. I was having problems with my insurance because it changed and the person who helps me with this was out the entire week so I couldn't get my medicine. DeMonica used to have that position but now she just works front desk. Even though DeMonica doesn't do that position anymore, she went ahead and investigated my insurance problem ON HER OWN FREE TIME. She could have told me that I'd have to come back next week but she didn't. She took 45 minutes of her time just to help me with and I was finally able to get my medicine.

They have been wonderful in helping me and guiding me with the resources to help be able to live a sober. MRS JOICE MORGAN!!!! there no words to explain the awesome women, who slowed down enough to notice everything i keep hide for so long, show me how to release and and show me how important i am mom and a caregiver. And that the world would be ok if u didn't try save it. Love all u guys, and owe yall and one day i get to play it forward....
