List of Allcare Foot & Ankle Center's Reviews
Dr. Tran was very patient, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to listen to my concerns. He explained in detail what was to take place during my procedure. He even noticed that one of my legs is longer than the other one and suggested inserts for my shoes to help alleviate the discomfort. His staff was helpful and friendly as well. I recommend All Care for all of your foot care concerns.
Staff was helpful and professional and the Doctor was very knowledgeable and attentive to all the challenges of my current physical condition.
Dr. Tran is a spectacular doctor.
If I could give a 0 star I would. This place is very much UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY DISTASTEFUL. The receptionist were horrible to deal with. They literally would rather you be in pain than to further assist. There were two individuals I spoke with, JANELY AND MARISELA. The two of them together delivered such unprofessional and very uncomfortable demeanor. It was so uncomfortable the way they spoke with me, I had to ask was I going to be treated fairly, which thats something that has NEVER crossed my mind or even thought about before I spoke with the two reps. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you are looking for help with your injury. I have a broken foot and now have to continue to look for another facility that I feel much more comfortable being with. The front desk are people whom should set the TONE for patient’s comfort and They FAILED MISERABLY.
This office started out good, then things changed when I had to go to another location on my 2nd visit to have blood drawn. Told the assistant at Allcare then it's not a good thing not to have blood drawn at their office. I went to that other location after I was told you can go as a walk-in. Nope. Either a 2 to 3 hour wait or make an appointment. Made the appointment that Monday and now a week+ later I have not gotten my prescription sent to the pharmacy. So now it's 2 weeks since I 've
Dr Tran is gentle and smart! His staff is excellent.
Best experience ever great customer service great doctor just had my surgery this past Friday and feel wonderful not to much pain would highly recommend
Please DO NOT ask your patients to be on time when you can’t even open the office on time. My time is extremely valuable as yours. Having to call your office to open the door for me to enter 13 minutes later is unacceptable and not customer service like. Especially when there’s no apology or anything. First impressions matter especially as a first time patient.
Dr. Tran is currently treating me for a Jones fracture, when I say he's the best Dr. He's a AMAZING!! Dr Tran explains it in a way I can understand he treats you with Respect,he listens and help you make the best choice in improving your health.Thank you Dr.Tran and the staff at AllCare Foot and Ankle.

All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
