Absolutely awful!! The lack of communication!!! The constant cancelling of patient’s appointments WITHOUT letting them know until the very last minute is insane. I would rate 0 stars!!!! Please save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

I wish I could give negative stars. My appointment was rescheduled three times without any notice. When I arrived, the front desk staff were very rude and unprofessional. The only exception was the young woman who politely apologized and asked if I wanted to come back another day. The other front desk lady acted like she didn’t care at all. Very disappointing and unprofessional service. Patients’ time should be respected.

I cannot thank Dr Bolisetty & her team enough for saving my vision after an unexpected retina detachment. Her staff kept their office open after hours to evaluate my condition. Despite the fact that I was borderline hysterical, Dr B took the time to patiently explain the problem and my options regarding treatment. I immediately scheduled emergency surgery and have experienced spectacular results. I highly recommend Dr B and her team! As a side note, she and her staff also helped me sort out last minute insurance issues. I cannot thank Dr Bolisetty enough for preserving my vision.

My name is Chonte and I had the best experience at Alliance Retina. Dr Mai is professional and to the point. She operated on my retina and did a thorough job. I am back to work.

PATIENTS BEWARE I had a follow-up appointment today, 10/28/2025 at 8:45 a.m. with Dr. Bolisetty at the Ft. Worth location. However, once I arrived and was checking in at the front desk they charged me $117 dollars and asked me to take a sit. I was in the waiting area when the girl at the front desk called my name & asked me to come up to the front desk, only to be told that my appointment was scheduled at the Arlington location. I told her that I wasn't going to the Arlington location, and I walked out. The commute is already an hour's drive one way to the Ft. Worth location from where I live. I am not sure why someone didn't verify the location with me the day I made the appointment. I called & spoke with Nina, the Office Manager, who said they told her that I said to keep the $117 dollars for the next visit. The only thing i said to them was that I wasn't going to the Arlington location for an appointment, and I said to Nina that I wasn't going back there. They apparently are going to screw me out of this money of $117 dollars. I sure hope they don't file anything on my medical insurance, as this would be insurance fraud. I wish current & future patients the best on dealing with this office. Alison Mateen

Our phones are not being answered when we call repeatedly, we can't get any voicemails returned, and today I wanted to physically go there and make an appointment, but it was completely closed. This information is not available on their website or on Google Maps. They appear to be open, but there's no one there. I can't give a better review of a place that seems active in service but I never get to it.
