Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I have been a nurse for over 20 years and Dr Moore is one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have ever known. She is extremely caring and I always know that her advice will be just right.
Dr. Moore and her staff are awesome!!I went in for a consultation and she resolved my issue in office. I was so happy 😊!
If I could give zero, I would. First off, this is more of a religious building than a doctors office. Second, they scheduled me for a follow up too quickly and required a third trip, the first two cost $408, so I passed on the third. If they don’t know that an autoimmune condition they treat doesn’t heal quickly, what do they know? I had a long wait time and was pushed through extremely quickly for a $400 charge. I also get products were pushed on me that have been less effective than my aveeno and facial oil. Find someone else, several friends gave me warnings after I had a bad experience and I wish I would have seen this first.
I went there once a month to get my prescription for almost 1 year. Only saw Dr. Angela Moore once for the first visit, and then only PA. Every time I had questions about the side affects of my medication, they won’t answer me through the phone unless I schedule an appointment and pay the co-pay. I just wish that I could feel their care to the patients.
Great customer service
Dr. Moore and her staff are the best! She's helped me through a couple of different issues, she's very knowledgeable and kind and her staff is always very helpful. I highly recommend her!
Dr. Moore removed Squamous skin cancer sites from my face and my scalp, and also Melanoma cancer from my ankle twice. She is a real life saver.Thank you very much Dr. Moore !
I have been impressed with Dr Moore’s care. I’ve had a mole removed and regular follow ups to insure any issues are addressed.
Dr Moore is most competent and professional. I have trusted my care to her for nearly 20 years.
Are good job Fast and helpful Prayerful
I made an appointment to follow up with a basal cell carcinoma. After advising Ms. Moore of my former diagnosis and asking her to check the scar from my surgery, she barely looked at it, and stated its okay. She then very quickly completed a body check, I repeat, very quickly, and proceeded to freeze many spots on my body without advising me what was really going on. The procedure was painful, I have had many spots frozen and I have never experienced pain. I have had melanoma, basal cell carcinoma. She was dismissive, uninterested, and spoke so quickly that I could not understand her. She was not interested in any questions that I had, and seemed impatient when I asked her to repeat herself. She may be a good doctor, however, she has zero, I repeat zero people skills and no bedside manner to speak of. I left vowing to never go back after spending a great deal of money. Please dont go to her anything. She clearly has no interest in people and is only interested in the almighty buck.
Dr. Moore is an excellent dermatologist, I personally know of 3 friends and family members who had visited several other doctors and dermatologist that could not help their conditions and Dr. Moore cured all three. One from severe acne she had suffered with for 30 years, one an 8 year old child with eczema and allergies that were diagnosed since age 2 by her pediatrician, after 2 visits with Dr. Moore she no longer has an issue with eczema and still has no issues at age 18. My son now 23 kept getting ringworm each summer for 3 summers, losing hair being nicknamed patches. He had seen two different pediatric doctors and we went thru the 13 week medicine doses each year only for it to return. After one visit with Dr. Moore we never had an issue with it again. Fast, thorough and knows what to prescribe to cure the problem is it is curable.
Ive been a patient of Dr. Moore for over 10 years. After seeing 3 different dermatologists in Dallas for the same skin issue Dr. Moore diagnosed and prescribed a treatment that worked. Of course, I think the drive is worth it to see a doctor I trust.
I went for a skin check. Her assistant took less than 10 seconds glancing over my skin. Then Dr. Moore came in. She talked so fast I could barely understand her, let alone comprehend or recall what she said. She said I had a bunch of areas that were precancerous and needed to be frozen. She quickly started spraying spots on my face, chest, hands, and arms with her freeze can. My face and chest were then loaded with bright red welts and I was supposed to go to work. I made a fuss and told her, at least give people some warning. She agreed to have their makeup person cover up my spots with makeup for free (she did do a good job). Dr. Moore tried to sell me expensive skin products and called in my prescription to the pharmacy downstairs instead of the pharmacy I listed on my paperwork. When I asked Dr. Moore what I should look for on my skin that might be precancerous, she told me only a trained medical eye could see it. I felt extremely stressed by the visit and will followup elsewhere.
Dr. Moore has an amazing memory, never trusted a doctor so much. I have psoriatic arthritis. She is a specialist in skin Cancer, squamous cell carcinoma, melanoma, psoriasis, psoriatic arthritis and acne rosacea. Occasionally Ive had to wait, because another patient has a more serious problem, so I bring the paper. Im happy that if Im there for something minor, she sees the more serious case first. I see her twice a month. Ive been a patient over 16 years.
Dr. Moore talks so fast you cant follow what shes saying. I had to bring someone into the room with me to help listen. They had trouble too. Dr. Moore spends little time with each patient and I always felt like I was holding he up with my questions. I had a mole check (whole body) and Moore had me turn around so fast there is no way she could have checked my body for moles. I was prescribed medicine that called for a blood test every 3 months (I learned this from another doctor). Moore never ordered these! During one of my last visits (I went to her for about a year because she had me on a program) she brought in a canister (to burn off things) even though I hadnt said anything about moles, etc. during this visit. She seemed surprised when I told her that wasnt an issue. I never felt confidant when I left the office. Also, advertising her Christianity and all the good she has done is over the top, I used to attend her church so its not that I dont share her beliefs. Its almost like a pat on her back from herself. I have switched dermatologists and I really should not have waited.
Dr.Moore is an excellent doctor,But she is usually overbooked. You will be called out of the waiting room close to your appointment time. And placed in one of those small rooms and wait for at least 30 minutes before she enters for a hot minute. I am usually exhausted by the time she enter the examining room.
Dr. Moore is very prompt with her appointments. It is seldom that you have to wait long in her office. She is excellent and gentle with her treatments. And above all, if there is a problem, she will pray with you.
Ive had great caring attention with Holli. From phone calls to in person visits, This office makes what could be overwhelming and tiring having to go at least every 3 months, but mostly monthly for over 2 and a half years, seem a lot more bearable. Thank you Dr. Moore, Holli, the sweet front desk staff and all who make going to Moore Dermatology an overall pleasant experience.
Holli is getting much more sure of herself, and Im seeing good results.
