Not recommended. They bill for services that they know insurances will not cover. Please learn from my very expensive lesson. Avoid them if you enjoy your money

Courteous, in and out with no problems. I was able to get in asap as a first time patient. Good communication and treatment with proactive after care information.

I liked the doctor at the Flower Mound location but the office staff is lacking. I have a supposed surgery scheduled in 5 days with zero instructions and no time scheduled and no call back. Will find another podiatrist to go to.

I am so insanely shocked by the negative reviews on here but also not being that i have worked in the medical field for 20years never with a podiatrist office but assuming patients leave crazy reviews in all specialties. I have seen podiatrists across the country due to foot issues I have had for many,many years and my husband being military. Dr Bhatt is a full package. Rarely do you find a Dr. that is not only knowledgeable, has the nest bedside manner, can break your treatment plan and diagnosis down into terms that you understand and make you feel like there is hope if getting rid of your pain. I left her practice day one feeling like she actually cared about me and wanted to help me and i wasn't just another pt to bring in money. We went through treatments and ended up needing surgery to correct it because it had advanced to that point before i even saw her. I had my procedure today and there is nothing more comforting than having 100% confidence in your provider. Not only that of course with my luck there are 70 mph wind, tornado warnings and crazy rain and she still showed up ready to roll. I wish she was a primary care provider too because i have been searching so hard to find this kind of care in the primary care field. If you want care that goes above and beyond this is where you go.

DON"T GO HERE! $3000 to get toenails permanently removed all back in five months worse than they were. Doc I think intentionally hurt me the last time I was in, cause "he was having a bad day", shoved needle in my little toe with no time to numb and said that hurt a bit didn't it! NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY TOUCH ME!!

I went here for an ingrown toenail due to a bad pedicure. I was very nervous and have a very low threshold for pain and I found the dr to be very rude and rushed. I went for a two week checkup and told him I was concerned bc I was still have a lot of pain. Instead of actually taking a look at my toe he just kind of glanced down for a half a second and said oh you're fine. Six months later I am still in pain and I'm having to go see a different doctor. I would not recommend this place.

I have a surgery for the 16th that has been scheduled for more than three months. it is now 7 days from the surgery and I have no idea where or what time the surgery is to take place. I also have no instructions on dietary restrictions or other restrictions that I SHOULD have been informed about way before this. Very unprofessional. I have called three days in a row at different times and am always told that the surgery scheduler is not in yet but that she will call me back the next day. LIES.

It does not matter if the podiatrist is competent or not. No one returns your inquiries. No one returns your calls, no matter how urgent. A dangerously unprofessional organizational structure that must be avoided. Go elsewhere !!

The staff is sweet and professional and Dr. Rahul Bhatt explained everything in detail. Felt super comfortable about having my surgery.

Worst experience of my life. Their clinic timing is 9am to 2 pm. on GPS and on other sites and they scheduled my appointment at 5:45pm. At 5pm I checked their location and GPS showed location is closed. I tried to call but no one picked up call. At 5:20 pm someone picked up the call and said we are open till 7:00pm you can come. I drove 40 minutes and reached at 6:01pm and they refused to see me. They waisted my 1:30 hr for no reason. It's their mistake that on GPS they have wrong timing.
