List of Arlington Dermatology Clinic's Reviews
I’ve been seeing Dr. M. Adams for 27 years. My first visit saved my life as she spotted a place on my back that was melanoma! Thankful she saw it quickly and because of her expertise, I’m cancer free for 27 years.
What an amazing, quick, incredibly well priced experience I had at Arlington Dermatology Clinic. There was no wait, the clinic is calm and clean. I was treated kindly from start to finish. The staff are all sociable and you don't feel rushed or treated like you're just a number. Best part is that this clinic is in my network! I used to go to US Dermatology Partners in South Hulen and this place blows them out of the park. Dr. Mary is so sweet, kind, patient, thorough and smart! She's the best dermatologist I've seen by far. I felt well taken care of, and cared for. After a painful treatment, the staff even put numbing cream and bandages on for me! The other clinic never did that, they never even offered a bandage. I have NO idea how there's even a single negative review, what a shame. Go here and experience the service for yourself, you'll be happy you did. Thank you so much to everyone at Arlington Dermatology Clinic, y'all are deeply appreciated and I feel lucky to be y'alls patient!
I wouldn't know... I couldn't get past the front desk scheduling snob to even see the doctor. I gave her the Medicare information for my disabled son and explained that he also has a special Medicaid waiver that will pay for anything Medicare doesn't. She said, "Medicaid?" and I was placed on a lengthy, awkward hold. When she came back, she said, "I've just been told that we don't take Medicare/Medicaid patients." I said, "What? That makes no sense. Okay, then I'll file his Medicaid. You can just do the Medicare." She repeated her previous statement, told me to have a nice day and hung up on me!! I guess the phrase on their website "OPEN TO ALL" doesn't apply to every ALL! Boo to them!
Money grab doctor. Like most of them. Avoid her and find a good hearted person. Office staff arent the nicest either.
I've been going to Dr Adams for years. She is great but being able to schedule an appointment on-line would be a great addition.
The front staff is, not as friendly and they do not care to make sure you understand how much you’re going to be charged. I had a credit on my account my very first appointment (my HSA COVERED) and every appointment following I haven’t had to make a payment and front desk lady (when you come from the back) says I had a credit and didn’t have to pay but wanted TO KEEP MY FUNDS “just in case” I get charged for that visit, but never did. I go in for another visit and I still have this same credit and when I asked for a refund since my insurance covered; I was told AGAIN to wait until the following Monday since BOTH ladies that handles refunds wasn’t there smh!!! Now as far as this DR. Adams , she doesn’t spend time actually listening or analyze your skin as she should; she’s literally in and out under five minutes. How can someone possibly know what’s wrong with your skin in under five minutes there is no way. Two out of three visits she prescribed me just whatever and nothing worked. I’ve been to her office three times and this last visit I advise that nothing was working none of the medication and ask for something stronger for My acne which is the main reason for me going to the dermatologist and she advised the strongest medication I would have to take a birth control to go with it which is outrageous; with that being said, this doctors office is all about getting your MONEY and NOT about the care of the patient our needs. I will never come here again EVER!!!!!
Awful appointment availability. Push back for scheduling and would not schedule an appointment since I did not have my insurance group number handy.
Excellent and efficient treatment. Highly recommend.
I went in for a consultation that lasted about 10 minutes. I was given the exact diagnosis that my primary doctor had already given me and the same direction for a procedure. That's it. Nothing new. Then paid $80 for it. With the best corporate insurance available. I am very frustrated that I learned nothing new. And had to pay $80 for a 10 minute consult. I feel robbed, and will ask for a total refund.
Great place. Wonderful staff and doctor. I definitely recommend this dermatologist. Two thumbs up

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
