List of Arlington Family Practice, Pa's Reviews
I recently visited Dr. Arameth as a new patient based on a recommendation for a specific health condition, and unfortunately, my entire experience was very disappointing—starting with the front office staff. I scheduled my appointment and completed my new patient paperwork online ahead of time. On the morning of my visit, I ran into unexpected traffic due to the distance I currently live from the office, so I called to let them know I might be 10–15 minutes late and asked if there were any alternative appointment times available. During that call, the front desk staff member was extremely rude and questioned why I would even choose this provider given how far I live. She also claimed they could not locate my intake paperwork and stated that if it wasn’t completed at least 10 minutes prior to my appointment, I would not be seen. When I arrived, I began completing paperwork again. Shortly after, another staff member came into the waiting area and loudly informed me—within earshot of other patients—that my visit would cost nearly $200. This was both surprising and uncomfortable, as I am familiar with my insurance and knew my copay should not be that high. When I asked her to double-check, she initially insisted I had not met my deductible and would need to pay that amount upfront. After consulting with another staff member, it turned out my actual copay was only $25. However, no one came back to clarify or apologize after incorrectly announcing the higher amount publicly. When I finally saw Dr. Arameth, the visit lasted no more than five minutes. I felt rushed, unheard, and unable to fully explain my concerns. It seemed as though conclusions had already been made before I had the chance to discuss my symptoms and situation in detail. I completed blood work and scheduled follow-up appointments. During a later visit, I was placed on a medication plan and advised to return in about a month. However, due to an unexpected personal situation, I needed to reschedule that follow-up. When I called, the front desk was again rude during the process. Frustrated, I asked them to cancel the appointment so I could call back later to reschedule. About 30 minutes later, I received a call stating that Dr. Arameth felt it would be best for me to find another primary care provider due to prior cancellations and my distance from the office—even though my recent scheduling conflict was due to unavoidable circumstances, not distance. I was initially hopeful about establishing care here and working toward a better plan for managing my health. However, after only two visits and repeated negative interactions with both staff and the provider, I cannot recommend this office and will not be returning.
I woke up feeling bad and they got me in to see Shannon within an hour. Very warm, thoughtful, and caring.
Dr. Sherley Aramath, is the best doctor I've ever had.
Love how I was treated
Receptionist is VERY rude and talks LOUD! This was my second visit and she was not there the first time I went. Dr Shannon is nice and sweet. Very pleasant.
I love Dr.Troung! She is one of my all time favorite people in my life.
Everyone is so helpful and quick
I will start off by saying Shannon Dezonia, APRN,FNP is absolutely amazing. She is very thorough with examinations and is really personable. She truly wants to understand patient concerns and work together to resolve the concerns. I give Shannon a 5 for sure. I just switched from a clinic in Mansfield to this facility because I finally found Shannon after she left the Mansfield clinic. The reason for a 4 star review is because I am used to being able to message through the Healow app and the option is not available with this practice. I just had a situation recently where I believe the messaging option would have saved time on, what I believe, to have been a delicate situation. Just really disappointed. Lastly, I do want to point out that the staff I have engaged with have been pleasant.
I absolutely love my doctor, Dr. Aramath. She is caring, attentive, and provides amazing care. Unfortunately, the front office experience has been consistently disappointing. The staff often come across as dismissive and rushed both on the phone and in person, which makes the overall experience unpleasant. As much as I appreciate Dr. Aramath, I want a positive experience from check in to check out, and the front office makes that difficult.
Love the staff and Dr Aramath is just th3 best and sweetest dr.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
