I honestly don't think I've ever had to deal with such a poorly run business. I was charged for paperwork that I neither asked for nor needed. I have now made six phone calls to the office only to be given one excuse or another as to why they can't remove this charge. I was told today that there is no way for me to contact the people who handle their billing and that those folks would get in touch with me WHEN THEY HAD TIME. It's ridiculous. I would strongly advise you not to use this office but if you do, make sure you check the bill before you leave.

Surgery was done perfectly. Dr. Rabjohn is very easy to work with. Her recommended solution for my Pinky Toe Bunion was exactly the correct approach. After surgery, healing went very well, with the experience being just Dr. Rabjohn had indicated.

The front desk staff did an outstanding job Of welcoming me, checking me in as well as answering a few questions that I had. The schedule on this day was running a little late based on a lack of Personnel. As will be noticed, I still rated this site and staff a 5 because all previous visits were as normal for a waiting. At a doctor's office.

When I first saw Dr. Southerland he was so patient and kind. While in the hospital he had such a great bedside manner and took the time to explain everything in detail to myself and my husband! I would highly recommend Dr. Southerland. Dr. Southerland is the best!!
