Had an appointment at 12pm, came 10 minutes late because the address on the doctor's referral was incorrect. Someone needs to update the address. Was told by the receptionist they would take care of us in a little bit. Waited one hour, the receptionist kept telling us wait another second. Blatantly huge lie. We got frustrated and left. Didn't meet Doctor Frederick, but he seemed nice and professional. Overall experience... frustrated and left. Kept trying to persuade to stay for longer to see doc.
Dr. Todd is an awesome doctor. My surgery went great. He was calm and patient with me. He explained everything and answer all my questions. I would choose him again for any medical need.
This office discriminates against patients with disabilities and are willing to deny service.
Dr.Todd is a grate Doctor he explains every detail about your procedure. he makes sure your comfortable with his staff. I highly recommend him...THANK YOU DR.TODD.LOVE YALL
Dr. Todd is awesome!! Very honest and straight to the point
Awful. Has no bedside manners. Was sent by my primary physician for diagnosis to see if surgery was needed on my neck. This doctor took a quick look at the MRI and said I don't see anything. Thank goodness I got a second opinion. I had spinal stenosis that would have led to paralysis. Other doctor couldn't figure why this doctor didn't catch it. Please be careful with this guy. He doesn't appear that he even likes or has knowledge of his job.
Comfortable seating in lobby. Great staff! They really go the extra mile to make patients comfortable. Dr Todd is calm and reassuring while diagnosing a new patient.
If I could leave "0" stars, I would. I was extremely disappointed in this center! After over a month of failed physical therapy and over 7 months of increased back and leg pain, I was referred to Dr. Todd by my doctor. I paid over $200 for my "consult", and waited over an hour in the lobby before ever being called back. Once in a patient room, the nurse was quite curt and fumbled around with the computer, trying to get my MRI to pull up. I finally had to give her my personal copy and she still was unable to make the DVD drive work. I sat for another 30-45 minutes in a room before Dr. Todd graced me with his presence. He knocked on my knees, had me lean left, lean right, and then said "let's look at your MRI." He hastily scrolled through it and said "I don't seeds anything here that says you need surgery." GREAT! So, him being a neuro specialist, I asked what did he think was wrong? He said "Well, there's nothing wrong with your nerves." There most definitely is... I have had sciatic pain in the left leg for MONTHS to the point I drag my leg like a zombie because I can't pick it up... I tried to explain to him where my pain was and he shut me down and said "I'm a doctor, you're not. There's nothing neurologically wrong with you." I again tried to explain my pain and he continued to dismiss me and would not even listen to me. So I finally said "so, what do you think it is?" He says "maybe you have a circulation problem.".... uh, no... I may not be a doctor, but I know nerve pain versus circulation problems... as I tried to tell him that I have pinched the nerve and fallen down to the point I couldn't even sit up for days, he again shut me down, telling me there was nothing wrong with me and that I didn't pinch a nerve. I was extremely frustrated, so I walked out. After seeing a different back doctor from Baylor, I learned it most definitely is a nerve problem, caused by a herniated disc, and i began treatment immediately. I told him about Dr. Todd's circulation suggestion and he looked at me like I was stupid. The Baylor doctor printed out my MRI and showed me all the trouble areas in my back and where the nerves are being affected. I will NEVER send anyone to Dr. Todd! He was extremely rude and refused to even listen to me.... regardless of whether I needed surgery or not, he should have been able to see tell tale signs of sciatic pain, if he had not continually dismissed me as I tried to describe the pain to him. What a terrible experience. If you want to see a doctor that will not only read your results, but listen to your symptoms of pain, go see the doctors at Baylor! Their genuine interest is in their patients, not the money or need for surgery, only.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
