List of Bianco Brain & Spine's Reviews
I was treated by Dr Bianco & his team & my insurance approved surgery. Then he & his team went on vacation & forgot about me! The office said they didn't receive the approval so I emailed my copy of it not just once but twice. There was no response after sending the approval so I called & emailed several times afterwards. His office said they were on a "much needed vacation" & would get back to me upon return. I followed up again multiple times after they came back from vacation but then was told they were going through their stack of files to catch up & would get back to me when they got to mine. I still never heard back from the Dr or his team. I continued to followup but they never responded so I finally gave up & am going to a different specialist. Long story short, this Dr & his team either forgot about me or decided they weren't going to make enough money off the insurance for the surgery. It's completely unacceptable for a Physician to forget about his patient in pain & need.
I had my medical service dog with me and they came out all rude yelling telling me to get the dog off the property it's not allowed I give them 0 Then asked speck with owner Lady told me no Carleen green is rude person ever ! A bad office. Bad practices in there office
We were appointed quickly, seen promptly and treated like we mattered. Treatment was recommended and scheduled immediately. Couldn't ask for better!!!
Great Dr.
I was first pleased with my surgery by Dr. Patel. After being released I bent over to pick up a light weight grocery bag, I immediately felt searing pain throughout my spine. I called and made an immediate appointment, upon arrival I was told I had an expensive co pay. I never had a co pay before, the receptionist told me I couldn't be seen without paying the co pay. I had to leave without being seen. Very disappointed!
Been trying to get these people to send my mother's records to her new doctor in Reno where she moved for WEEKS. But apparently making sure my mother can continue having her BRAIN TUMORS treated is not a good enough reason to do their job. This is the problem with medical practices in this country everyone is just a number. Do better.
For two years now, I have been contemplating on sending this review. I had spinal fusion and overall I was satisfied with the surgery. I had no false hopes that I would be good as new considering my age and degree of deterioration. Considering that Dr Bianco’s staff is a reflection on him, I can only offer a 1 star review. Front office while pleasant constantly reschedule appointments. On one occasion, I showed up for my rescheduled appointment and they were not even in office. WOW!! When I questioned why the $1500 prepayment was not showing up to my insurance company, they could not give me a reasonable explanation as to why causing me to not meet my deductible. His PA twice met with me with his overcoat on making me feel as if I was keeping him from something more important than me. In my final visit with said PA in (his coat), he was giving me instructions as if I was just a few months post- op as opposed to being over a year post. Obviously did not even look at my chart. I sure hope that within these last 2 years they have made some much needed improvements for any future patients. I for one will not return if needed.
Came to Dr. Patel dilapidated, nerve issues with extremity unreliable. Without these resolved, my career, over. An ACDF later and after 32 weeks, I have been able to excel without pronounced nerve damage. The pain and recovery are minimal. Amongst my many surgeries in the past, this was by far the easiest to recover from. Dr Patel, a gifted surgeon, is easy to talk to and has a great team backing him up. Would not consider seeing anyone else.
I am so thankful for Dr. Bianco & this staff. He and his team now truly reflect the detail and execute with absolute precision down to the front office staff. He and his PAs, nurses along with the rest of his staff, are impeccable! A well oilled machine, my friends. This is the 2nd emergency surgery he has done on me in 4 years to save my spinal cord the severe unique chronic & rapid degeneration in my cervical spine and to prevent complete parilazation of my body, both times severe spinal cord compression in my cervical spine. He made sure i knew what to expect, which put me at ease even with the insane amounts of spinal cord and nerve pain for 34 years of my life. I had immediate results both times a success. I love the care taken down to the detail in the beautifully hand stitched method in closing me up. Patient & kind, thoughtful. This DR & PA, nurses and entire team, including his office staff & hospital staff, he works closely with absolutely refelect Dr Bianco's Character & Leadership. this man absolutely serves a purpose higher than himself. The attention to detail, the skill, the commitment & determination wow! Thank GOD for Him & all of his team!!!!! Don't hesitate, don't wait. Keep a personal medical journal, dates, injuries, chronic issues etc with all the facts of what is going on with you so you can communicate precisely as possible, he will put the pieces together. 🙏
Thank you Dr.Patel I had L-3 L-4 L-5 and S-1 fusion back in April. I was in a lot of pain and could not do the things I used to do. After 5 months I am back riding my motorcycle and planning trip to take. Planning on enjoying retirement.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
