Went in for head/chest congestion and fever. Doctor I saw said I had fluid behind my ears as well. Long story short, I let him know my med allergies verbally and on the patient profile. He gave me an antibiotic in the same family as the one one I'm allergic to anyway. The pharmacy called me and asked if I told the doctor about my allergies, because the medication was in the same family, distant, but still in the same family as the one I'm allergic to. She asked if I was comfortable taking it, I said no, and she said she would call him to have it changed. The doctor never called her back. I called the next day and the physician on duty said, that Is what they prescribe, and basically I needed to take it or Not. They never called me back, and I never got any meds. How dare someone make a decision for me that could create a whole new set of problems for me, and refuse to find a safe way to treat me. I will never ever go back to this facility or recommend anyone to this location. Imagine the outcome had I taken it and ended up in the ER. Office staff was great! HORRIBLE PATIENT CARE!!!!

I have been waiting after being checked in and taken to my exam room, for over an hour! I keep hearing other doors open and close but no one is coming to my door! I am terribly sick and hope to be seen soon!!

I will absolutely never visit again. Really was not impressed with service. Horrible time with their insurance too even with mine. Save yourself some time and go some other place

I wasn’t there long at all first time coming , I always go to my own er where I work but usually there 8hr before anything gets done . So I decide find somewhere closer and I’m glad I did staff was to get me seen and they were wonderful . When I ask there was to getting answer and getting me seen. Won’t be my last time . I will be letting co -workers and friends know.thank you staff for such great work please let everyone know that I came contact with. Thanks..Dr.jensen and the others not on my paper don’t remember there names they were all great.just
