Justin is the best!! Great service
Dr. Thomas was friendly and answered all of my questions. We had the first appointment of the day and were in and out quickly. I wish they would've told me to bring in the x-rays from the orthodontist for them to review. Would've saved us time and a procedure that they later billed me for as a surgery that cost me nearly $300 after insurance.
Dr Thomas fine, but I had an easy case. Seemed patient and knowledgeable. Like a lot of Dr offices, struggle to stay on time. For many, the later in the day, the more likely to be running late. There's a sign at Arlington- show up after you appointment time, your pre-check not done, and you will be refused and charged for a missed appointment. I was timely, and went to the window to say I had problems with my pre-check. "Oh yeah, they're difficult to do on a phone, here take a tablet." It took only 3 minutes but I couldn't even see some of the things on my phone at all! So arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. General good advice anyway to plan for traffic.
EXCELLENT surgeon but terrible support and communication. If you require FMLA paperwork for your surgery get ready for a bumpy ride. Twice this office suprised me with new charges even though I communicated and even asked if I would have a charge prior to the date of service. I was told that they dont do FMLA until the day of surgery so prior appointments aren't covered and even though I mentioned the paperwork several times they didn't mention the $50 til the day of my surgery nice suprise. So after surgery at POST OP visit I still haven't received my paperwork or have any confirmation it was sent. Then as I was leaving the office I received a fax confirmation but it did not include the return to work form that I gave the Medical Asistance. So not only paid to get my paperwork done but then had to wait in office for over an hour and a half til they could do my paperwork. When I received the paperwork it only excused absences until that day even though the doctor said I am unable to work at this time and there was no return to work date. So I had to wait for the Medical Assistant to correct the paperwork. This is extremely unprofessional and no apology just given paperwork by the receptionist. I also was denied the opportunity to discuss work restrictions due to my profession with the doctor by getting paperwork AFTER the POST OP visit. AND adding pain to my frustrating situation they tried to charge me for some procedure on my POST OP visit even though I called ahead of time and was told there would be no charge. A real nightmare to go through when your recovering from surgery. They should at least refund me my $50 paperwork fee. Surgery that costs over $50,000 total expenses shouldn't charge for paperwork imo but if they do they should at least do it on time and fill it out correctly or refund the fee.
When I called I was told the price of seeing a physician varies depending on the situation from $180 up to $300 if you are paying out of pocket. I was not told an exact price over the phone. I was actually told at the check out desk after my visit. Well I went for an ear ache. I seen Dr. Christopher Lee, whom made me feel like he was rushing me out of there as I asked questions out of reassurance. He repeatedly stated that an ER nurse would say there was an infection but that he knew more than them. Eventually he examined my ear with the plastic tip handheld item, put his fingers on my jaw and said nothing was wrong. That it may be from chewing. I was prescribed muscle relaxers and a steroid for potential inflammation. But with no proof of inflammation. I also asked for help on my seasonal allergies and was told to come back next time to fix that. He wanted me in for a hearing test even though I stated that I have no problems hearing. He checked off " Level 4" on a list of 5 levels and sent me to check out and pay. I walked out paying $298 dollars for someone to do nothing and make me feel rushed. My time with the doctor was merely 4 or 5 minutes. I get that we need to pay there worth but don't take advantage of out of pocket customers. Assuming you go by levels of situations, easily you would have thought this was a level 1 right? Level 4 seems a bit drastic to be told nothing is wrong, here are some pain meds, goodbye. I would've love to come back here for seasonal allergies stuff but not if I have to play gold fish when it comes to finding how much I have to pay based on the doctors judgement. If you can not afford insurance, this place may not be for you and you may be better off just visiting a small urgent clinic, in regards to knowing what you will pay before being seen. This review will be updated upon finding a solution directly with someone in charge.
The doctors here sometimes make you think twice about going there for your speciality issues. I have been going here for 4 years and am almost done taking my allergy shots. Like all doctors its hot or miss. Sometimes they make you feel valued and others make you feel like your just going there so they can make money. The ladies in the allergy department are very nice and most of the time they dont hurt you when they give you a shot.
I came here for the first time to diagnose my congestion issues because they were in-network with my insurance company. Two months later, I got a surprise bill for $311. Turns out they tried to bill my insurance company for two diagnostic procedures in the first and only visit so the insurance company didn't cover the second procedure code. Thank God I canceled the follow-up with this shady practice... I called them to dispute the bill and requested my medical records from the visit and the only response I got from their billing coordinator was that I have to contact the insurance company to obtain my OWN medical records. UPDATE: I went to another ENT for a second opinion and they immediately diagnosed that the cause of my chronic congestion (which was why I went to Central Park ENT in the first place) was due to a sinus infection and cleared it up. The incorrect diagnosis that I got from Central Park ENT was that there was no issue with my sinuses and they're "clear as a whistle". So not only does this office try to charge you for everything they can, their physicians are incompetent along the lines of malpractice. Their business model is to get patients in and out as quickly as possible with added bogus procedures that they go through the motion of performing but without due diligence so that they can add another billing code to your invoice. I suspect that's why they refuse to give patients their visit notes on the date of service.
DO NOT COME HERE! Incompetent employees who can’t seem to do things right. They schedule you for 1 appointment and change it. They always running late. My child has a whole in her ear was supposed to be seen in 2 weeks and they did nothing. She waited a month to be seen and still hasn’t been seen. Ridiculous! No apology for the errors they made. No notice and it the changes made to her appointment. No anything I will be reporting to the BBB!
Needs to update their staff! I contacted this facility regarding my child’s hearing loss AFTER Dr Pena did a set of ear tubes. While scheduling the appointment, I mentioned hearing loss several times and yet an appointment was made that did NOT include a hearing test! The office proceeded to schedule a hearing test a month out. In that time, my child was able to return to their previous ENT, get new tubes and have a follow up. I had to call this office SEVERAL times for several days before finally getting a representative who would cancel the appointment!
I have seen Dr. Stuart Thomas 2 times but i would say i won't recommend anyone due to he is super rush on me and not professional. I did not realize he was done on my appointment until i asked nurse about that. That is not appropriate manner to treat a patient. I have never seen any Dr. like that. So diappointed!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
