Best Dr appointment I have ever had. From the staff and Dr. Wong all well done.
I went to this dr a couple of weeks ago and waa very impressed with the service i received. The staff was very friendly. The dr even asked during my visit how I was treated by his staff.
I am very pleased with my procedure on my knee. Dr. WONG was excellent and I am very grateful for my knee being 100% better. Great surgeon.
Only thing wrong with this office is their slow. What's the point of an appointment if I have to wait 20-30 mins to see the dr for 10 seconds.
Dr. Chris Wong is a fantastic Dr. people don’t go to the Dr. to admire the waiting rooms, you go to the Dr. for medical stuff.
Good doctor
Dr. Wong has been my ortho doctor for 12 years now and I would never go to anyone else for my knee issues. His office staff is top notch and his bedside manner is magnificent! I love love love Dr. Wong and you will too!
We got referred to Dr. Wong by my PCP for my broken arm, separated shoulder and possible torn should muscle. The office wait was minimal and the office staff was very helpful answering questions and setting up appointments. When we got called by the X-ray tech he took us to get current X-rays to see if the bone had moved and get a current view of the whole arm/shoulder. The tech was great, very compassionate and caring with my broken arm. He moved my body around instead of my painful arm in order to get the X-rays needed. Once we were done he escorted us to the exam room to wait for Dr. Wong. In a matter of minutes the doctor showed up and introduced himself. Dr. Wong spoke to us about the X-rays of the break and he further went on to state that I may have some more damage other than the broken arm. By looking at the X-rays he also noticed my arm was separated from my shoulder quit a bit and that there may be some torn shoulder muscles. He asked to have an MRI done on the arm, as well as the shoulder. As he explained our next steps he made sure we understood what he could see there was more to my broken arm.Dr. Wong is a doctor because he just wants to help people get better. He isn't in this line of work for the money, if he was he would be working for some large hospital unit turning out patient after patient just for the money.I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his type of care. He is a character though, one that you will never forget. His sense of humor and bedside manners are unique as is his way of treating his patients. And smarter then any doctor I have ever met.
Not impressed. He is very sarcastic and rude. He spent very little time with me during my appointments. Would not recommend.
Dr. Wong is very rude, and he has spent little time with me during my multiple appointments. He accused me of smoking, which I didn't appreciate because I do not smoke, and nobody in my household does. That statement/question was inappropriate and unprofessional and had nothing to do with my reason for being there. I have multiple times had to explain how I obtained my injury and have had both Dr. Wong and another of his staff members imply that they don't believe me, which is absurd. It is difficult enough living with an injury, but it is insulting to have the "professional" who is supposed to be helping you not believe you when you tell them what happened to you. I do not recommend him to anybody unless you want to be insulted and asked multiple times to leave him a good review online. Ridiculous and rude.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
