Fantastic! No one likes going to the Dr, but this office is different. There’s something to be said for a totally female staff with only positive vibes, upbeat music, and maximum efficiency. Don’t put it off, you know you need to schedule an appointment or you wouldn’t be here reading this. Don’t delay!

I had a great experience at Covenant. From the moment I walked in, the staff and environment made me feel comfortable and at ease. The front desk team, medical assistant, physician, and nurse were all welcoming, knowledgeable, and compassionate. They took the time to listen to my concerns, discuss my progress, and clearly explain what was going on in a way that was easy to understand. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I truly appreciated the level of care and professionalism provided.

I’m giving this office 5 stars because of Erica and the medical staff, ALONE. Erica is knowledgeable, compassionate, and consistently provides exceptional care, making every visit a positive experience. Unfortunately, my experience with the front office has been the complete opposite. The office manager and reception staff have been consistently unprofessional and lacking in customer service. I will continue returning because of the outstanding care Erica and the medical team provide, not because of my interactions with the front office staff. I sincerely hope the practice addresses these concerns, as the quality of the clinical staff deserves to be reflected in every aspect of the patient experience.

If you have teen girls and you and needing to start them on birth control or just educate them on women’s health Erica is awesome ! She is so patient, takes her time, makes hard situations more relaxed! She was amazing! She answered all of their questions, she talked them through their test results on a level they could understand it ! All 3 of my teen girls see her and love her ! The office staff is all around hands down ! Bre is amazing as well I have no complaints ! Highly recommend this office

I loved Dr.M but she is never in the office anymore when I come in. And while I was pregnant she had long wait time that I did not mind because I felt comfortable with her. I felt heard and taken care of with her as my Obgyn but now there are more nurses which is say is great … except they treat you horribly. And this after multiple visits. The first time I came in was for an iud check up they nurse in charge was not at all gentle and very rude and left feeling .. violated. I put it off as me just needing to get used to someone who wasn’t dr. M because I was told she wouldn’t be in the practice for a while. I came back for another check up waited a long time heard the nurses laughing behind the door of the room I was in about patients. The nurse in charge once again is very rude didn’t even check me at all and sent me on my way. I pay 70 dollars for a long wait time and not even a minute of care ! I honestly didn’t want to come back but I started having pains in my womb area and I believed it was my iud the nurse that took my vitals was very sweet and listened to my concerns and was prepping me to get checked before she could leave so I could put the gown for the check up the head nurse comes in and says it won’t be necessary and that it’s likely a UTI doesn’t look at me at all during this doesn’t even face me. Tells the younger nurse not to waste resources that aren’t needed. Then comes and presses around my kidney area hard which duh it hurt because she was not gentle and didn’t even check where it DID hurt. I ended up going somewhere else and no I didn’t have a UTI. The care here is now horrible and I will never return again

My Gynecologist is very communicate intelligent understanding and patient when it comes to your well being Make sure you understand Your issues with your health All d above. The staff at the front desk is very nice and if you don’t understand something you’re feeling out she will make sure you understand and the staff that works in the back is very nice and understanding and intelligent As well.

The phisician was very nice, and hear everything I say; and prescribe what I need it for my recovery.

I have had a great experience here. They listen to my concerns, explain things, and provide excellent communication. Erika is very kind and understanding. All of the ladies in this office have a great attitude and wonderful bedside manners.

10/10 definitely appreciate the kindness from the staff and Erica for being very understanding and listening . I appreciate you ladies for taking care of me :)
