Doctor Delaughter and his staff were all very thorough, helpful and nice.Doctor Delaughter offered several options and suggestions for my diagnosis.

Dr. Delaughter first implanted a loop recorder and later a Pacemaker. Both procedures were explained to me very throughly and I was able to understand what was going to happen. I was relaxed and completely confident in Dr. Delaughter and the entire staff. I had this done on June 15, 2021.

All personnel were pleasant and professional. Medical analysis appears highly competent. Waiting time was slightly more than average. The waiting room and examination room were uncomfortably cold.

Dr. Delaughter was informative and took his time in explaining my problem and my options in treating it. He also told which of these options he thought was best for me and why he thought so. I trust him and am confident in his ability to treat me.

Guess Im going to have to call him Dr. Delightful from now own. My first visit with this very nice physician was very reassuring and informative. He explained different options the pros and cons of those options and left me feeling empowered to made the decision that was best for me.

Dr DeLaughter implanted s pacemaker August 2020. His expertise & communication skills are excellent. The staff is accommodating, knowledgeable, and courteous.

Rudest office staff, EVER. An adult (who is also a paying customer) should NEVER be told by the front office staff "it was Yes or No question"... unless they want to ensure bad reviews and a transfer of care... The physician is fine.
