I desperately needed a self-care day and was lucky enough to get paired with Kisa. She completely transformed my hair and fixed previously poorly done highlights. I feel so much lighter and brighter. I am SO happy with the service I received. Do yourself a favor and go see Kisa!

Amelia was great! Fast highlight and haircut. The salon itself was clean and everyone friendly. This is my third time with Amelia and the salon. Very happy with my experience.

They get an A+ for customer service. My husband planned a special date at Daired’s with a couples massage and lunch. I’d had a lovely experience there years ago. We were warmly greeted by Izzy, who was attentive and kind. Our masseuses were new: Joanna worked on my husband and did a good job. Liz, who had me, was initially timid but took direction well and worked hard on my deep knots. After the massage, the new staff mistakenly directed us to the front waiting area instead of the dining room. We waited until my husband asked Izzy, who quickly realized the mix-up. She took us to the dining room, removed the meals that had been sitting out, and had fresh ones prepared. My salad was missing arugula, and the mozzarella and honeydew were flavorless. My husband’s chicken was just okay. We both had the tiramisu and ginger peach iced tea both were okay as well. I would go again spa services but doubt I'd purchase lunch.

Amelia was great! I got a haircut with her, she was patient and actually listened to what I wanted! Highly recommend!

Looking for someone who could do more alternative haircuts, I found Tyler on Reddit and decided to check out his work and make an appointment. My hair is frizzy with both straight and wavy pieces and I hadn’t gotten my hair cut in 2 years so I was very nervous. Not only that, I’ve broken a few combs from how thick and frizzy my hair can get but I LOVE my hair. Even without styling, my hair lays beautifully and has so much movement! I just got a simple layered cut this time around but I definitely plan to come back more often for more dramatic haircuts! My sister is even considering visiting Tyler as she really liked how he cut my hair. He is very detailed oriented! Can’t wait to come back

My first visit to Daireds was a nostalgic step forward. I remembered the salon being where a friend of mine from my high school days in the late ’80s used to go to get his hair cut, so when my youngest wanted highlights, it was the first salon that came to mind. Before booking anything for her, I decided to try it myself—and I’m so glad I did. I scheduled an appointment with Kisa, who had an opening two days before a job interview for which I was preparing. I was nervous, not only about the interview, but also about having my hair done at a salon since I normally do my own hair. My hair normally lightens and brasses to orange whenever I dye my own hair, no matter what color or what brand of dye I use, so I wanted a professional to cover my grays. I kept asking about potential extra charges (thanks to years of caution from movies and TV!), but Kisa was incredibly sweet and patient. She explained everything clearly, made sure I felt comfortable, and added a combination of highlights and lowlights that covered up my grad school grays while looking stylish and natural. This transformation boosted my self esteem and helped me walk into that interview feeling much more confident. Daireds impressed me with their professionalism and welcoming atmosphere. Kisa, in particular, made a strong first impression—so much so that I booked her for one of my twins' highlights. We'll all definitely be returning in the future and booking with Kisa.
