I love Dr. Serralta and her small practice. She's so kind and caring. There was a small wait time but it's worth it to see a quality health provider. They got me in a room quickly and gave me quality and comprehensive treatment. I 100% recommend Dr. Serralta.

My biopsy was quick and painless, and my doctor was very kind. They got back to me swiftly and prescribed effective treatment. Would definitely recommend and I will be coming back.

This is my favorite dermatologist ever there was a wait time but you should understand that it’s a small business. I would 100% recommend.

I am very impressed with this clinic from start to finish. It was a little hard getting ahold of them to schedule because everytime I called to schedule I had to leave a voicemail and when the office would return my call I was working and unable to answer. This happened 3 times. However, once I was scheduled everything was very smooth. They were able to get me in quickly. They are privately owned which is a huge bonus to me because you don't feel like just another number or that you're being herded through the system. The paperwork is short and simple, not 25 pages like some healthcare offices these days. They called me back within 10 minutes of my arrival. The front desk was friendly and efficient, the nurse was knowledgeable and kept me informed of next steps, the doctor was personable and took time to answer all of my questions. All together for a new patient visit and biopsy I was in and out in just over an hour. Not because I was rushed but because I was promptly attended to. Will definitely be using Dr. Serralta and her clinic going forward for all my dermatology needs!

I've been to this office several times in the last few years and have always received wonderful service from every member of the staff. I only had to wait once for an appointment that was toward the end of the day (I find this is true in most medical offices, as the end of the day includes any last minute issues and any back log that has occurred.) Honestly, Dr. Serralta and her staff are so great, I'd gladly wait each time but that has not been necessary. I'd rather spend a few extra minutes waiting in the office than a few extra days (or weeks) to be seen.

After struggling to get rid of constant persistent and painful hormonal acne all over my face and upper arms for almost two decades, I finally decided to make an appointment here. Dr. Baker started me on medication that I unfortunately ended up being allergic to, but as soon as she heard I had a reaction, she wrote me a different prescription. Since the change, my skin hasn’t looked this good in YEARS. I’ve literally cried from happiness. I also had a few skin tags removed and the process was fairly quick and painless. Dr. Baker and the nurses here are so incredibly kind and gentle, and the office staff are very polite as well. I’ve always been self-conscious due to my acne and scars, but no one here has ever made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, my visits here have been amazing!

I came from an appointment and left the office really upset. Don’t go there, find another dermatologist with proficient staff. When I get there they immediately asked for the insurance plan like every office to ensure they could charge the plan, and is normal, but after signing everything, I was waiting and front office staff called me to let me know my referral was expired and if I want to be check or treated I must pay $180 out of pocket. I asked why no one told me that before the appointment so can handle the referral with my doctor and the only she could say was , we are sorry but you have to pay or reschedule until we het a new referral. I waisted my time and patience with this kind of irresponsible people. Someone isn’t doing their job and seems the doctor of the clinic doesn’t ask for accountability and professionalism to the staff.

The staff and doctors have been very helpful. More helpful than my previous dermatologist.

I really have liked going to this office the last few years but todays visit or lack there of was not good. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10am appointment. The parking lot was completely full including the fire zones. I had park across the street & walk. I walked into the office at 10am to see it was standing room only. There were SO MANY people booked for appointments around the same time. The office staff said the wait time just to be called in for an appointment was an hour. I made an appointment for 9am but by the looks of the waiting room, would be waiting a long time so I left and rescheduled. As I was waiting, others were talking about how they have tried to get in several times and just end up waiting then cancelling. Dr. Serralta and PA Erin are great but the office is severely understaffed and looks to be very overbooked. I will try again but may need to find another provider. :(
