The rudest doctor I ever met.

The office Is well maintained with nice decor . The staff was helpful . However the reason anyone goes to the doctor's office is for the doctor . Dr. Okolo's bedside manner is sorely lacking . When I had questions about a test she was requesting and it's necessity , I was told I was wasting time. Doing the 5 minutes visit the doctor did not physically examine me but did want to order two tests.

New to the area and looking for a doctor you feel you can trust and find a staff that is friendly and helpful is no easy task. We finally found it here with Dr Okolo. I was able to get back-to-back appointment times for my husband and I to be seen on the same day; we were also seen together. Dr Okolo was very patient with us as we answered her questions and provided the latest test results from Kaiser Permanente's app. It was also very easy to get refills on current medications I had run out of before our next follow-up appointment, which she easily scheduled with us.

I've been going to her for quite some time now and I'm happy where I'm at. Dr. Okolo makes sure that there is {hot} coffee waiting for you. She has free WiFi set up, a nice flat screen to watch TV on. The staff there is nothing short of amazing, so kind, sweet and always helpful. We can sign in for our appointment digitally as soon as we walk in. The place itself is clean and carefully mantained. I recommend this establishment to any and all.(PLUS: Spec's is directly across the street 😄🤗🤔😆)
