I have been here twice to get an MRI done. I didn’t have to wait long at all. The staff exy everything that was happening. The facility was clean and spacious. Melissa at the front desk was friendly and helped me out both times.

This review is mostly for AUTUMN, she had an excellent tone over the phone and in person. Plus a caring spirit, thank you for being you Autumn. My MRI and X-rays went smoothly, the technicians were professional, good bedside manner, and kept me at ease + informed through each step. Thank you to the team at DFW MRI.

My experience here at DFW MRI was a pleasant visit. The desk clerk Autum was very nice helpful and she had a pleasing personality. The visit was not stressful at all. My only draw back the wait was too long. I arrived at the office early to fill out the forms and still had a good minute to wait. I had a 4:00 appointment and wasn't seen until way after 4:30.

Friendly staff and clean facility. Getting an MRI is never fun, but the team at DFW Open MRI do everything they can to make you as comfortable and at ease as possible. You can also enjoy a beautiful fish tank in the lobby during your short wait. They provided ear plugs and sound cancelling headphones 🎧. My fit was gray scrubs, freshly pressed. At 5’3” 121lbs - I recommend sizing down in the scrubs. 🤣
