We follow her to her new office. New location but same good service. The prescription is always right on. It feels just right. Her staff is okay not bad. What I like is the easy walk-in, you can’t find that anywhere else.

had my daughter seen here. When scheduling the appointment I was told prior to the visit they take her insurance for the exam but NOT glasses and told me I have to go somewhere else for the glasses If she needed them. That was fine, but now they REFUSE to give her PD measurements because they “don’t give that information out”. So how do you expect me to get these glasses that She even said she needed, and wanted her to be seen back in 3 months rather than 6 because of your concerns with her vision. So I was told even prior to the appointment you expected me to go elsewhere, but are refusing to give me the information I need . Just awful practices!

People are correct in stating Dr. Tran wants $$ as I waited for my appointment and was the first appointment for the day and she rushed in late 10 minutes after my appointment time and brushed past (3) of us waiting for her to arrive. I was asked for my Vision card ( Davis) and my Medical card. She brought me back and told me I had cataracts ( mind you I have had an annual eye exam yearly for the past 12 years and was never told by any other OD eye doctors that I had cataracts and I have seen at least 3/4 in that time period. I question her want for the medical card as there is no need to submit a claim unless there is a medical issue ( cataracts perhaps) even though I was told I would just be monitored yearly. I also overheard speak to the receptionist as she abruptly entered as she was late arriving to the office as their was a patient that had come in with issues bothering her eyes with her contacts and she paid out of pocket (even before seeing Dr. Tran) . I hear d Dr. Tran ask the receptionist if she had paid. Shows you where her mind is and I will be seeking elsewhere as I don't exactly trust her. She spend about 10 minutes with me during my annual exam and was rather abrupt. I will be seeking another provider.

There are a ton of fake reviews on here. I booked an appointment here because it was really easy to set up online. I really liked Dr. Tran during the consultation; she seemed to do a pretty thorough job. However, the billing is extremely shady - and I'm even more concerned after visiting yelp and seeing how many false reviews are on here. If you provide both eye and medical insurance information, both will be charged. Your medical insurance will not cover anything done in a routine eye appointment - do not provide it unless you are there for a specific medical reason! Only two people work here - the Doctor and her receptionist. So keep that in mind for the reviews that refer to "all of the staff." Also, it's pretty unbelievable how many reviewers just happen to need emergency eye care while visiting from out of town. Dr. Tran would probably do great if she ran an honest business, but the blatant abuse of insurance billing and false reviews will steer me far away from here going forward.
