I used this office for a couple years. I liked how they were open later however on 7-20-2021 i went in for an urgent service since it was my primary as i thought i was having a stroke but the office staff informed me that their "phones/internet were down" and continued to laugh as i was in need of help and told me they couldn't help me today because their "phones/internet were down" it felt like no one there cared about my well-being to try to help. Changed my primary and moved away. Do not come here if you are wanting real healthcare.
How can you forget to send x-rays off over a week ago..😡
I got a corona rapid test this morning and it’s been 5 hours they haven’t gave me my results.I called them over 5 times and they won’t even answer my phone. They are very unprofessional and lied to me about my results timing. Now my job thinks I’m lying about taking my corona test
Dr saeed is one of the best doctor I know he takes his time with you and listens to you but the only problem is the people that work in the front desk they are so rude for no reason and doesn’t care what you have to say
A cut above the rest Dr saeed is
I had an appointment this morning to get check-ups for my two children (12 & 15). I was filling out paperwork in the waiting room while Dr. Saeed was loudly belittling and demeaning one of the women behind the front desk. She had made an error and he was giving her a very long lecture in the most condescending tone I've heard in real life. I watched as my 12-year-old girl's face began to look worried. In retrospect, I wondered if I was on that hidden camera show, "What Would You Do?" No exaggeration, it was that bad. There was absolutely no way I was going to let him see my children after watching such an unprofessional, misogynistic display. I walked to the counter, told the woman he was scolding that it was not okay for him to talk to her that way, and then looked at him and said, "That is very unprofessional". Then I left.
I waited in a room for over 2 hours each time I visited and that's WITH AN APPOINTMENT 😡
Its the worst place ever ... I never had this bad experience ever in my life..the front disk ppl are the most rude ppl ever you will deal with in your life allllll of them not an exception ..ya the doctors are amazing...but I don’t understand why they keep those kind of staff there!!! Why do you need to be rude?? I really really love the doctors there and I love going there just for them but I really hope they will work on hiring better staff and better ppl because thats been happening for years now
My family has been going to Dr. Saeed for the past couple of years. Once my kids get sick it hits them hard and fast. Other doctors have not been able to get them well but Dr. Saeed has, he is the only one that can. I am so thankful we found him. He is a very knowledgeable and very thorough doctor. He really cares so much about his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Saeed and all his staff.
Disappointed!!! I had to leave before seeing a doctor, i was so frustrated, after waiting in the waiting area for about 30 minutes, i finally got to go to the exam room, waited for a whole hour, my family was waiting for me in the car i couldnt drive my self, it was almost empty maybe 2 more patients, i got out and talk to the nurse and she said the doctor was coming to check me out soon, waited another 15 minutes, at this point as sick as i was, headache, coughs nose running...i had to leave...nope sorry, won't recommend or go back again...good luck...

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
