Dr Pollard has never treated me like a cancer patient. She treats me like a normal patient which makes me feel good. She is very compassionate and easy to talk to. All of my calls are returned in less than 3 hours when I call with symptoms or problems. I know that I am in good hands with her and because of that, I am beating cancer and will continue to win this battle.

Dr. Elizabeth Pollard is always very professional but friendly. She is knowledgeable and thorough. She always studies my results prior to our visit. When my lab results have not correlated with my symptoms, she studies and searches for the truth.

My husband who is 53 yrs old and still very active has been under Dr. Pollards care for a year and a half of which she ran labs and performed telehealth visits. She ensured my husband he was cancer free every visit until the last one of which was at the end of his first 6 month screening. I had to call her to get his PET scan results of which she lied and told me he had one tumor on his pelvis.My husbands skeletal system is covered in lesions and spinal cord covered in tumors of squamous cell carcinoma ( the slowest growing cancer). When taken to the ER UTSW due to extreme back pain it was found immediately that the amount of pressure on the spinal cord would cause paralysis if not immediately removed. There were many fractures in his spine and ribs and now he has rods and fusions holding his spine together from T2-L4.This doctors neglect has cost my family the life of a good Christian man, husband, father and grandfather. I don’t believe that this was done purposely but I do believe he arrived to this point out of neglect.My husband has been in the hospital for almost a month at this point.We are heartbroken and left fighting for his life.

Dr Pollard is amazing. She is compassionate and intelligent. She and her staff cared for me while I battled Hairy cell Leukemia. I am currently in remission thanks to her superb diagnosis and treatment.
