Envision Imaging Of South Arlington's Online Review Report Card

I have been to this location twice for a pet scan. The other location twice for a mammogram and a CT with contrast. I have been in the health care in private practice and in various settings as an OT for almost 20 years. I have had several humbling experiences as a patient currently but this by far was the worse. 3 techs tried to provide contrast with a needle stick and none of them could do it. I understand these things happen. But, I literally just got a PET scan 7/9 with no issue of glucose administration and previous one in April as well as a CT prior to that. Did any of them ask or look to see who the other techs were that were successful in doing so? No! Did they take accountability for their incompetence? No. Instead they basically told me to reschedule. Because my veins weren’t acting right. Crazy work. Waste of my time. Joy and Robert were too busy talking about their coworkers, coffee, and Salata instead using clinical reasoning to problem solve an issue.

I've been having imaging done hear for years. It's always been short wait times, kind and efficient employees, and well organized clean facility.

Very fast and reliable

I just have to say thank you to this office. I was recently diagnosed with a mass, and my doctor wanted me to get in somewhere as quickly as possible. I had already called eight different places, but none of them could get me in soon. When I called this office, I spoke with the sweetest lady. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name. Even though this location couldn't get me in any sooner, she didn't just end the call. She stayed on the phone with me for at least 20 minutes, checking all of the other locations to see who could get me in the fastest. Thankfully, we were able to find an appointment. She was so kind, patient, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. She truly went above and beyond to help me during such a stressful and emotional time, and she made the whole situation feel a little less overwhelming. Thank you again for your outstanding customer service and genuine kindness. It meant more to me than you know. If I ever need future imaging or testing, I will absolutely choose this location because of the care I received.

I went in for an MRI and I got sedation. My experience was definitely 1000/10. The back staff were so professional and SUPER friendly. I was super nervous before the MRI with it being my first time. I also had to get contrast so there was trouble with finding my veins for the IV and the girls did a really good job. I really appreciate the honesty and how patient they were with me. Once I got in the back with the MRI I had Travis RT. Travis was AMAZING and funny lol. He explained everything throughly and gave me a lot reassurance which made a huge difference. I was so calm and relaxed, I would definitely recommend him again. Thanks to everyone!

The staff is friendly and proficient in their jobs. It is a very clean facility. I was put at ease during my MRI appointment.

Would give 0 stars if possible! This team couldn't bill my insurance and asked me to pay full price and ask my own insurance for a refund. Incompetent staff, rude and poor communication. Then they reported no payment on my wife's credit report after I wouldn't do their job for them. Too many good choices in DFW to ever mess with this place. You have been warned...
