I arrived 15 minutes late and was told since I’m right on the 15 mins dot they cannot do my appointment. They said I should have come 1 minute earlier. I have been trying to get an appointment for a long time and they are always either full or closed. I drove 1 hour just to not get serviced. I believe they don’t like to assist you if you are using a Groupon. They do whatever they can to not get you scheduled or to cancel your appointment. Edit to respond: I was not late on the first appointment and the appointment that you refused servicing me was on the third appointment not the second. The problem is that the lady at the front told me that if I had came 1 minute earlier I would have gotten serviced. To turn down someone for 1 minute is horrible and sounds like y’all didn’t want to do it at all especially the fact that I drove 1 hour away for the appointment and I also called you guys ahead of time and notified I was running a little late. Btw y’all always give an attitude even in the past whenever I tried to schedule and I mentioned Groupon. Y’all just do not like to accept Groupons and this is why you’d turn down someone for 1 minute.

I’m so happy with the service that Jennifer gives me. She always made me comfortable since day 1, if you come here ask for her because you will have no issues. She’s the best!

This Med Spa is easy to find. Also, there are different safe routes to use. The staff is friendly and understanding. The paperwork took minute. I was having a difficult time navigating on the iPad. Lol. I made an appointment for a Microderm Facial with Zulema. She was the best. She explained what she was doing and answered all my questions. She has a great Cleansing and Massage Technique. It was so good. I tried to replicate it, when I got home. Zulema was not pushy regarding sales and neither was the front desk. You got love that! I would definitely recommend Euro Image Med Spa. Its easy to find, friendly staff and great estetician!

Very nice place and nice people. The tech Jennifer C. She is super nice and very knowledgeable and she try to do anything to keep me comfortable and satisfied. I love her work !! Plus they always have discounts.

Place just a scam do not ever pay them upfront they made up a story and took my 100$ dollars credit 😡😡

This place is a joke. After purchasing a Groupon and making my appointment,I was told that they could not provide service because of the "medication I was on" which I've been taking for 15 yrs and medical history that I volunteerd. I spoke with a woman named Laura who basically refused care because I'm BLACK..I wouldn't recommend this business. They are racist and biased towards people of color. African Americans please take your business where you are welcomed, embraced equally and treated with dignity and RESPECT! The name says it all "Euro Medspa"..they cater to Eurpeans or people that have the same look. #filthyfacts

Tattoo removal is painful but worth it. Staff is amazing. From receptionists to laser tech. I highly recommend this place! Tattoo is about 2x2 and sessions are pretty quick - about 10/15 mins. I’ve had about 9 sessions as tattooist was heavy handed but it started fading right away and is barely visible now.
