I came in Covid Positive pneumonia high fever low oxygen and in extreme distress by ambulance. The Medical City Arlington team took immediate action and saved my life. My body was tired of fighting Covid alone and I was losing the battle. Dr. Dhaval Satani came up with an aggressive treatment plan and has followed my progress and given me everything I needed. Stephanie was my daytime nurse she came by often always smiling and made sure I had my meds as scheduled and any comfort items changed bedding on request handed me phone chargers. My night nurse Defena was on top of her duties with me making sure I fight and do breathing exercises helping me flip on my stomach and definitely made sure I pushed plenty of fluids. I can’t thank all the staff enough the Xray tech ER room staff the ladies who kept poking me for blood and helping with any request I had. I was never left in my room feeling no one would return or come help me out. Coming to Medical City Arlington was truly a blessing. Thank you all.

Minor car accident and went to the ER for an evaluation. Staff was friendly and efficient. BUT THE PA WHO SAW ME NEVER TOUCHED ME TO EXAMINE ME AONLY ASKED ABOUT HOW THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED AND DID NOT ASK WHAT SYMPTOMS I HAD NEVER CAME BACK TO DISCUSS THE RESULTS OF MY TESTS AND GIVE ME DISHCARGE INSTRUCTIONS. I AM A HEALTH CARE PROVIDER AND FIND THIS CARE LACKING DANGEROUS AND PATHETIC. Find another facility for care. My insurance insisted I go here and it was the weekend.

Great service. Had an out patient procedure. The medical staff team was excellent. They treated me like their own family member. Pre and post op care was excellent. We cannot forget the courtesy and care shown to me that made me feel at home.My special thanks to Katherine Charmaine April and Suzeth. Drs Hey and Boyer and their staff were a great team. Thank you and God bless you all. Keep it up the great work.

I gave birth to my second born on the 1st of October it was such a beautiful experience the staff were amazing Very attentive and kind . Also my baby had to go to the NICU I was terrified at first because I didn’t experience the NICU with my first born so I didn’t know what to expect. Turns out I had absolutely nothing to worry about at all from the time I entered the NICU until the day my baby and I left the staff on that floor were very reassuring and answered every single question I had and never once got aggravated or rude . I really appreciate how calm and nurturing the atmosphere was for the babies I am truly grateful for the Labor and Delivery unit NICU the Postpartum department really waited hand and foot on me everyone did an excellent job. .

My elderly fatherinlaw passed away the ER. Obviously not a pleasant experience under any circumstances but I was amazed by the kindness and responsiveness of the entire staff. Dr. Saloum even held my motherinlaw’s hand and comforted her as my fatherinlaw passed then stayed and answered all of our questions without a trace of impatience even though it was a Saturday night and I’m sure he was incredibly busy. A far cry from the quick “I’m sorry for you loss” you get from most doctors And the nursing staff I wish I’d gotten their names couldn’t have been nicer.

The nurses and doctors were very attentive.Dallas was the best.

Because I chose the Solis Mammography office at this location they require additional paperwork from doctors office so I had to wait for them to contact dr office and get it. This extended my appointment significantly plus the waiting area was too crowded Since call center schedules appts they should be made aware of this requirement so patient can be prepared or get paperwork in advance. Will not use this location again.

From the time I came in to the ER to discharge I was treated with respect and dignity. Staff were polite and helpful at all times and I couldnt have asked for better bedside nurses or CMAs or techs. All in all considering I was in for trauma reasons it could not have gone better. Recommend 100%

I have tried for 3 days no make it four. Getting a runaround from all departments. This concerns my father a senior citizen they ignored all night in the ER while he was waiting to be admitted. I will soon post the entire story because administrators do not really seem to fathom the concern of family that lives in another city. This review will be continued however I beg you not to go alone. Have someone with you at all times.
