Dr Jean's office visit was less than satisfactory, if I could give 0, I would. If you need your medical done and time is against you, kindly go somewhere else. Went there 03/04/22 and didn't get the complete result until the 22nd. First they called that the urine sample wasn't enough, then they lost the 2nd one, poked me 3 times and couldn't find 'blood', sent me somewhere else and it was done once. Came back on the day I was asked to pick up and after waiting for God knows how long, they came back to tell me I didn't bring back my result, I told the lady that she was wrong only for her to search through her paperwork and found it. She went back wasted more time and returned with only my result, meanwhile I came with my kid and you had the cash payment for both of us. Went there like 3 times in total before they got the result ready. Before You call someone to tell them their result was ready for pick up, please get it ready and don't make people wait 'forever',, we have other things to do!!!

Very good Dr. He is very thorough. I have a lot of problems and a form of PTSD from childhood abuse so I realized a male Dr was not a good fit for me but I highly recommend him too others. One side note: if your following keto, carnivore or ketovore, you'll get frustrated here so keep it to yourself as he follows standard diabetes diet which is up to 172 carbs a day believe it or not!!! All that aside please check him out, might be a good fit for you!!

Dr. Charles and his staff are an absolute must for our family! His practice is 100% focused on the entire family and the overall physical and emotional health of each one of us. Dr. Charles takes his time to really listen and he goes above and beyond to make sure every question and specific need is met. He proactively works with other specialists and healthcare providers we see to ensure that he has all of the information and can provide us with the best guidance and care.Our family medical needs range from very basic check ups to overseeing the care of my husband who has a progressive and terminal disease. We could not manage all of our medical needs without the attention, personalized care and expertise of Dr. Darin Charles. I highly recommend Hometown Health!

In this day and time, it’s hard to find a doctor such as Dr. Charles! Not only is he a caring, patient, attentive doctor, his new practice has taken the quality of health care to a level that that is hard to beat! You will never feel rushed. There’s a sense of comfort and relief to know Dr. Charles will always be there when you need him. His approach and expertise to treating each patient is second to none. Highly recommend!

Dr. Charles and Corlette are amazing. ALWAYS available to take care of me! And when I'm not feeling well and am cranky.... they let that slide with grace and do everything they can to make things right! Love the service and the attention! Thank you both for all you do!

Dr. Charles and his Office Manager, Corlette are awesome! They are both so attentive and patient to my needs and concerns. Dr. Charles is very fast to respond back when I have a concern. Highly recommend.

When Dr. Charles choose to follow a new business model I will admit I was a bit skeptical. I didn't want to lose Dr. Charles as my PCP, so I followed him to his new practice. I am so glad I did! His care is truly hands on. I have not been charged once beyond the monthly fee for any thing he has done for me, from a injection in my knee to removing skin cancer from my arm. You have complete access to a doctor and or his assistant Corlette!!!!! How many times do you call the doctors office and the doctor actually answers the phone!!! Well Dr. Charles will!! Thank you Dr. Charles and Corlette Coleman for taking such good care of me!!!

Always SO attentive with any health issue we have had! I have never experienced such amazing care! Dr. Charles actually listens and is never condescending or rude. He actually cares about his patients and it shows!

Our family is so thankful for Dr. Charles & his staff at Hometown Health. Although this idea of healthcare was new to us, it’s proven to be very cost effective and Dr. Charles attentiveness & care has been the best we’ve ever seen.
