I just called to Schedule a new patient appt receptionist Jessica was very rude never asked my name, and then proceeded to only say I need a 30 non-refundable card before even asking my name! I told her that the customer service is off and she said "ok". Warning, she needs more training and will definitely run off business and revenue if she is your intake person!
This review is long overdue! My husband and I struggled for 7 years with fertility. When we moved to TX we were referred to Dr. Raj by a neighbor of ours. Dr. Raj and his staff were unbelievable and were there for us 100% during this emotional process. We were lucky enough to get 1 good embryo. We are now 6 months pregnant with a healthy baby girl. Thank you Dr. Raj and Trish for making this journey a little easier! We can't wait to welcome baby girl
Unprofessional, horrible, the worst medical appointment I have ever had in my life. The DMV and a root canal are better experiences. Disorganized office, rude doctor, and overall an exemplary reason of why this area of medicine needs more oversight.
I saw Dr. Raj at the Arlington office and couldn't be happier. I appreciated that he didn't push IVF because we were very early in our infertility journey and I knew that wasn't the route we wanted to take. A lot of clinics will say that's the best option from the get-go, but Dr. Raj was very honest and genuine, and offered the least invasive treatment first, and we got pregnant after 2 MONTHS! We were so happy with how much care we received from him and his staff. He is very knowledgeable as well as cost conscious. He would always try to give me the cheapest prescriptions and would tell me the places that accepted coupons. You really don't find doctors nowadays that are that aware of and care about people's tight budgets. We are so thankful for IVFMD and Dr. Raj! Highly recommend him and his team. My pregnancy is going wonderfully and we owe it to them! Also - to the person below that said they are cash only- that's NOT true. Our insurance covered most of our care there. BUT No insurance covers IUI or IVF because they are elective procedures. So that's not IVFMD's fault, that's just how it is. Going in to see a reproductive specialist, you have to have a realistic expectation of what will be covered, which probably isn't much if you require IUI or IVF. But I didn't, so my insurance kicked in and covered everything pretty much.
I've enjoyed my doctor here (who is now leaving-hopefully the new one is as good) but I've had lots of other unpleasant issues here. I've been over billed at least 3 times, then they told me there would be a credit on my account and when I asked about it the next time they swore up and down that there was no credit. (?!) Recently I made an appointment and had to cancel, they let me know when I needed to cancel that there would be a $30 cancellation fee, which they did not tell me about the day before when I made the appointment. I was also misinformed when I first started here, the receptionist told me I needed to call my insurance and gave me a number that didn't work. When I finally found where I needed to be through my own research they let me know that I didn't need to do anything. (?!) I learned through that experience though how much I had left to pay on my deductible, which was a great thing, because the next time I went in there they tried to bill me WAY over my deductible. I was billed nearly $200, but when I asked questions I ended up paying $0. That's how great the discrepancy was. On top of this, when you call in to make an appointment, make sure they're making it at the right location. If you call one location and they don't answer it will reroute you to another location and they sometimes forget to ask which location you wanted. I have woken up early in the morning to get to an appointment only to be turned away because someone made the appointment at a location I didn't call. If you like the doctor I'd say use these people, but be very aware of hidden fees they won't mention and over billing which seems to happen very frequently. Also ask if you have credit on your account and make them look back to previous visits, other wise they won't see it.
I had a great experience with the staff and Dr. Lee. I had a long haul but they were kind and supportive for all of the ups and downs. Dr Lee obviously cares about his patients and enjoys the success stories. He was able to customize my treatment plan and made updates as we moved forward together. I feel very lucky to have found this clinic. Infertility is expensive and most insurance does not support treatments but I felt the cost was completely reasonable with a comparable success rate to other clinics in the area. If he were in it for the money he could charge significantly more than he does, he does this because he truly enjoys helping families and believes in what he is doing

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
