Dr Leffingwell has been my family's ENT since 1999. He has given us the best care possible. He takes his time and listens to the patient during the visit. Answers any questions we may have. I highly recommend Dr. Leffingwell to anyone who needs an ENT.

Just spoke with the Receptionist Elizabeth...well...all I can tell you is she is EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! Very rude and does NOT know her job very well, and seems very uneducated. Hope they enjoy the 1 star. They do not deserve that because of her!

I am going out of my way to rate this dr. . My parents see different specialists and this dr is by far the worst we met. He has very bad bed side matters is arrogante and was really vage on his diagnosis on both of my parents.I read the other positive reviews and was wondering if we were talking about the same person.I don't reccomend this dr to anyone.Btw it is not just me,I took my mom there and my brother took my dad days apart and both of us were disappointed and frusted with the visits.

if it would be possible to rate Dr Leffingwell any lower we would do it my wife went to see him and had to wait 1 1/2 hrs to see him after a short period of time of the doctor not making sense regarding her issues she was having she left very dissatisfied so save your money don’t see this doctor 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Great guy, friendly, helpful and listened intently. I recommend him and his practice to anyone. Both the Arlington and Mansfield locations had very friendly and helpful staff. Both locations are easy to get to and park. Waiting room and pt. rooms were clean and spacious. Been to several ENTs over the years and quickly developed trust in Dr. Leffingwell when he didnt try and sell me on needless and expensive procedures. Thank you!

Great experience. Thank You Laura for being so informative regarding surgery cost and his MA is amazing as well. Dr takes his time and listens and makes sure you’re taken care of. However Billing office is rude and seems to be the least caring of them all.

Finally at my follow up appointment i was checked and diagnosed for my main symptom (of which i already knew of prior to the follow up and was no longer worried about.) my other symptoms of which i had mainly come in for were ignored. I had to readdress the other symptoms but he only gave sample medicine of which had no real relevance to the symptoms! On top of that, on my way out I was never given the sample medicine to try out. I had to explain this to the front desk of which they did not have any knowledge of. So i had to wait until i could to go back in and awkwardly ask the nurses where the medicine was that was recommended to me. This was very strange because each time the doctor would leave he would say something like Ill be back to explain such and such. Instead it was just his nurse there to escort me out. This left me with no chance to ask him any questions I still had. First appointment I waited 50 min. second was for about 25 min. Do yourself a favor and avoid this doctor at all cost.
