I should of read the reviews before I had a knee replacement! I see someone had a knee replacement a year ago and his quality of life sucks! He did 3 hip surgeries over the years for me and they turned out well. I had a knee replacement January 28, and, I've been suffering and struggling every since! I have 1 foot of range of motion and that's it! Big mistake! I am cripple to this day! He recommended ...

Outstanding doctor...great bedside manner to ease the tension of my.moms surgery My only complaint is office visits wait time Every visit we waited an additional 45 minutes to 1hr just to get the the exam room. Then we wait another 30 minutes for the Doctor So plan on minimum 2 plus hour visit

I had my right hip done by Dr. Carter back in 2012, he did my right shoulder back in June 2020, now I'm getting my left shoulder done on April 9, 2021. I trust Jeff to do the procedure because of his integrity & skill. He's pleasant to be around also, very easy going personality. I will recommend him highly.

Dr. Carter was great. He was very knowledgeable with my injury and how to repair it. Took the time to explain procedure and draw out what was going to be done. Answered any and all questions I had. Even when my my injury did not cooperate when he was doing surgery he was able to transition to a different method and get my injury fixed. If you want a Dr. that is knowledgeable and caring this is the Dr. to see. Will be seeing him and him alone if I ever have any future ortho injuries. Thank You Dr. Carter for the wonderful care.

This is the second surgery Dr Carter did for me. The first one he took excellent care of me. 10 years later this 2nd surpassed his first surgery with me. He took extra excellent care of me. The older the better he gets. I so appreciate this doctor so much! No words can describe him taking the time to treat me with such professional care.

Dr. Carter is a wonderful doctor. I am a recent patient, but highly recommend him. He explains in words I can understand and I don't feel rushed at my appointments. He is on time for my appointments, and I haven't had to wait at all.
