This is one arrogant guy. He tried to pressure me in o unnecessary painful procedures. Direct Quote from him to "I'm a surgeon not an anesthesiologist. I make money on procedures not these office visits". You be the judge. Buyer beware.

I wish I would have had the same experience as everyone else. I brought my mother as a new patient and I have never encountered such arrogant behavior from another doctor. He basically saw my mother and brushed her off as another patient possibly looking for meds, looked at her list of ailments and rolled up the 10+ pages of new patient paperwork and keep swatting his hand with them. I’ve never seen that type of behavior from any other doctor, ever. Didn’t listen to us, basically told us he just doesn’t do pain management - that he’s an anesthesiologist too. He repeatedly encouraged us to find another doctor. Worst experience at a medical practice . No bedside manner but nice office and staff was nice.

Dr. Epstein is absolutely outstanding! I sought the care of Dr. Epstein after a traumatic injury to my knee which left me unable to walk due to the excruciating pain. Without doubt, my mobility and pain management has always been at the forefront of the care plan crafted by Dr. Epstein. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Epstein if you are in pain and are looking for impeccable care and healing!

Dr Jeremy Epstein & his dedicated staff are excellent medical professionals who are efficient, friendly, and caring. Dr. Epstein is restoring my mobility & lifestyle to pain free.A fall in early summer 2019 created injuries to my back that didn’t exhibit as back related for 8 months. It took 1 year with 4 Drs and lots of ineffective treatment before I was referred to Dr. Epstein.Within 3 months he has done multiple procedures along with correct pain medication to restore my spine function. Will be off pain med completely in about 4 weeks.I am sooo grateful to Dr. Epstein. I highly recommend him to anyone in chronic pain.

Great Experience and results. Everything was fully explained and all concerns were addressed appropriately. Time was taken to explain all treatments. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Epstein.

First of all the competency of his office staff is highly concerning. Out of 4 appointments, his office staff messed up my scheduling 4 times. First appointment: was scheduled at the wrong location, then for a day that he was not at the location I was scheduled for. Second appointment (for injections) got there for my appointment, they did not have me on the schedule (they did work me in, since I had drove over an hour). Third appointment went fine. Now the forth, the reminder card that I was given at appointment 3, has a different date, than what they have in their scheduling. Office manager put that I was refusing to follow up from in injections, and not the correct reason, that patient was given wrong appointment date on card at previous appointment. .Now on the Doctor, First appointment, he was extremely pompous and pretentious. He did not listen to my concerns, and jumped to changing many of my medications, and wanted to jump to injections, before even giving the meds a chance. (This was a red flag for me, and I questioned it, that was when he reminded me that he went to Harvard) So, during my injections, i told him i was not numb, he told me I was "just feeling pressure". He found out rather quickly, that no, it was not “just pressure” I was feeling, when I about came off the table. I was in unbelievable pain for 11 days,(i called the dr office regarding it being so bad for so long, And never received a call back) and not at the injection sight, about 2 inches lower. Round two for injection, he had no concern of the longer than should have been recovery time, taking as long as it did. And nothing to say about me not getting any calls back. But this time he trusted me and injected more lidocaine, before performing the actual injection, that procedure had only a 3 day recovery. I am still waiting for the anti-inflammatory meds to be called in, that he told me he wanted me on at the first visit. (6 weeks ago, I had asked him about them at appointment #2, he assured me that they would be sent over. when they were not, I called his office staff and left messages regarding. I did not receive any follow up, and had to question AGAIN at appointment #3, again was told it was going to be handled. I requested that if he had changed his mind regarding the meds to please just let me know. Again no follow up regarding meds... I finally gave up..)I do NOT recommend this office; I personally feel that the 2 stars is being extremely generous.

Dr. Epstein is awesome!! His staff is the greatest of greats! Dr. Epstein goes out of his way to fine the best treatment for me!! Five stars...it should be TEN!Highly recommend!!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Dr. Epstien is the best quality doctor with a very high standard of care for his pain management patients. I can now care for my 3 year old son much better because I am not in constant pain anymore. His friendly staff also showed me compassion and empathy from day one and I really appreciate all of their help. Thank you!

What a great practice! I was very impressed with my first visit. Dr. E had reviewed all of my medical information before my visit and was very thorough. I’ve never had a specialist be so prepared. His office staff is amazing. After the first visit they all knew me by name. I’ve been going to the same primary care Dr. for 33 years and never received that before.Dr. E was able to relieve my low back pain and I recommend him to anyone who is suffering.
