Dr. Frasier is brilliant. His counselor nor his staff could understand my insurance dilemma, expiring at the end of the month. Zero deductible. I got my new insurance card, drove it up there, found out it's out of network. Starting over at another eye center. I told the last person I spoke with at K.E. that the doctors appear brilliant, but their office staff do not care about patients. List business? They don’t care. The phenomenal doctors make it well worth the pain of dealing with the office staff.

Appointment at 2:15 finished at 4:15. Had to wait in the exam room for an hour, with no explanation. Not acceptable my time has value as well.

i received a text message that they were running behind and if i could show up 15-30 mins later then my time so i won't have to wait long. i arrived 15mins later as requested and didn't have much of a wait at all o believe the longest my wait time was 5 mins. everyone was very friendly, helpful and polite . i was out of there quickly

The entire process is so efficient. Runs like clockwork. Professional courtesy, kindness, and knowledge. I speak no 'eye' lingo, but they explained everything so well. I felt much better when I left there than I did when I got there.
