I had a very frustrating experience with this clinic. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, and I arrived exactly on time, only to be told that I was required to arrive 30 minutes early to do paperwork that’s actually 3 papers I could fill up in 2 min. Something never happened to me ever in any other clinic. Despite being there at my scheduled time and needing to see a doctor urgently, they refused to see me. What makes this even worse is that they enforce a $50-$100 charge if you miss an appointment. It feels very one-sided and unprofessional. I ended up going with another clinic. Healthcare should prioritize patients, especially when they are dealing with urgent issues. Instead, I was turned away without help. I would not recommend this clinic based on how they handle their patients and appointments.

Everyone from the front desk to the checkout is great! Each doctor I have encountered is very thorough, knowledgeable and attentive. I am very happy to be a patient at this office!

Daniel Purifoy was fast, thorough and covered all my questions. This practice appears to value your time! My appointment was for 9:00 am, they asked that I arrive at 8:30 am as I was a new patient. My visit was complete by 8:50 am! Care, precision and thoughtfulness! I’m happy. Bob
