Low T Center Arlington's Online Review Report Card

Completely satisfied and happy with Low t. I've been going for a year. They are very professional, and the staff is top-notch. Especially Jessica; she's awesome and a very nice person. Thank you, Jessica, for all your attention and for being such a kind and wonderful person.

I scheduled a new-patient appointment through the Low T Center app for 12:30 PM at the Arlington location. The system allowed me to select that time, and someone from the corporate scheduling/confirmation team later called me and confirmed my 12:30 appointment. I also completed all of my new-patient paperwork ahead of time. I received a text asking me to arrive “a little earlier,” but there was never any indication that my 12:30 appointment could not actually be accommodated. After driving approximately 25 minutes, I was literally pulling into the parking lot around 12:25–12:30 when the receptionist called and told me they could not see me because a new-patient appointment takes about an hour and the office closes for lunch at 1 PM. I was told I would have to come back at 2 PM. What bothered me most was that the situation was presented as though I had done something wrong by scheduling at 12:30. As a first-time patient, I have no way of knowing the clinic’s internal scheduling or lunch procedures. If a 12:30 new-patient appointment cannot be completed before the office closes for lunch, that time should not be available to book in the app in the first place—and it certainly should not be confirmed by the corporate scheduling team. There appears to be a serious communication and scheduling issue between corporate and this location. Patients should not be allowed to book and confirm appointments that the clinic cannot honor, especially when they are driving across town and have completed all required paperwork beforehand. I understand scheduling mistakes happen, but blaming the patient for booking a time your own system offered and your staff confirmed is unprofessional. I ultimately left and decided not to establish care as a new patient at this location. If there is this much miscommunication before I have even had my first appointment, I am not comfortable moving forward with my care here. Hopefully this issue is addressed so another new patient doesn’t waste their time, complete all the paperwork, and drive across town for an appointment the clinic never intended to honor.

This was our first visit. I brought my mom to get her hormone levels checked and even though at first it didnt show we had an appointment even after I had received text confirmation the front desk and providers helped assist us in getting seen and were very kind and professional. Dr Sahee was amazing I loved how detailed she was in answering all of our questions , thank yall so much!

They were very helpful! I got a free testosterone test, and within 30 minutes, knew the result! I am pleased to say 3 weeks into therapy I already notice a difference. They make future appointments easy too on their Synergenx app, with the doctor on video call. I can’t recommend this place enough!

Great clinic with a very welcoming environment. I came in for B12 and testosterone services and was impressed by how friendly everyone was. They made the whole process easy and stress-free.

The Low T Center is a fantastic place for those with testosterone and other hormone challenges. The Tech Morgan is the best phlebotomist I have ever known. I hate getting shots and her technique shots are virtually painless. She should be the chief trainer. Give her a raise now!!!

I enjoy visiting with Jessica. She is the best! I look forward to my visits with her. She is kind and has a great sense of humor too. She is clear in explaining or breaking things down for me so I completely understand. Her staff is kind and professional too. Prices are fair and haven’t change for me. I have not had one negative experience since I’ve been going here.

I’ve been to Low T clinics all across the country, and none come close to the level of professionalism, efficiency, and care that Jessica brings to the table at the Arlington location. From the moment you walk in, Jessica runs the clinic like a well-oiled machine. She’s fast, thorough, incredibly knowledgeable, and most importantly—she actually cares. You never feel like just another patient. She listens, answers every question with precision, and gets you in and out without sacrificing quality or personal attention. Jessica deserves serious recognition. Her leadership and consistency set a high bar for the industry. If anyone’s due for a promotion, it’s her. Thank you, Jessica, for setting the standard. This clinic is in a league of its own because of you.
