I can't even begin to explain how wonderful Mandy Cotten and her staff are. I began my journey when IHB began and it changed my life. It was life saving. I appreciate all of them so much. They treat me like family, listen to my needs, truly hear me and have always been able to assist me. I'm going through some medical conditions currently and Mandy has addressed all my issues in a very positive fashion. I love how open minded she is and truly hears me. I love the replacement therapy, the IV therapy alone has helped me tremendously in getting my strength back and feeling more energized. I love that she stays on top of new medical supplements to help with the therapy treatments. Hormones drive our bodies and she knows exactly what I need whenever I have questions with my health. Thanks Mandy Cotten and staff for all you do.

This office is the exemplar for what every medical practice should be! Dr. Cotten takes so much time to answer every question and concern, yet I never have to wait past my appointment time. They do NOT cram in a whole lot of patients and make you wait. The nursing staff is so kind and happy, it seems they truly love working there. The front desk staff is always helpful, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. I wish all my medical providers were of this same standard and caliber. Patient for life!!!
