Dr. Teng and his staff consistently treat their patients with respect competency and courtesy. I place a great deal of trust in Dr. Tengs advice and recommendations. His staff has always been attendant to my needs.

Made an appointment to see Dr. That became a nightmare. They scheduled my Mom for and echo which she did not need nor did we schedule. Which now made her insurance not approve the procedure. When I called to see why the echo was scheduled they told me the appointment was cancelled. So at 8 am I receive a text stating to register for our appointment today. Only to find out it has been cancelled when I called. A new appointment was scheduled to exclude the echo. I have now received a phone call saying all has been approved since the echo was not needed and I now need to change the second appointment I scheduled since that one was for the echo. When will the patient matter and listened to. Why would you schedule a time for the echo when I told you we do not need and echo. We’re you listening??

I have received excellent heart care from Dr. Teng and his staff at Arlington HeartplaceNorth. Appointments have been on time and efficient. Dr. Teng has taken very detailed and close interest in my heart health. I would strongly recommend others to his care.

Heart Place is a very well run and efficient practice. Im very impressed that I have never had to wait in the lobby for more than a few minutes once I arrive for a appointment. In addition Dr. Teng normally has my visit documented within minutes and the results are forwarded to my primary care physician the same day. My confidence is very high with Dr Teng that he will promote conservative and effective health care. Based upon my care plan I found him to chose meds that are commonly found and very inexpensive.

I love Dr. Teng He has been my doctor for 6 years and I always get such thorough care and all my questions answered. The staff is awesome. A pleasure to go in for appointments. I always recommend him if some is looking for a good Cardiologist and tell them he is the best
