The last thing you ever want to have to do is make a trip to the hospital, especially if you are new to the area. We had to do this recently; once to the ER and once for a scheduled procedure. Both were at Medical Cities-Arlington. Everyone was so courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I would definitely recommend MC-A to anyone facing the same issues. They are awesome.

😂 I DON'T EVEN KNOW WHERE TO START... BACK IN 2005 THIS HOSPITAL USED TO BE TOP NOTCH, NOW I'M NOT SURE IF YOU WANNA EVEN CALL THIS PLACE A HOSPITAL.... THE WAITING AREA IS DIRTY THE WAIT TIME IS CRAZY, THEY EVEN HAD A LADY COMING OUT TO THE WAITING AREA TAKING PEOPLE BLOODS. IN THE ROOMS BLOOD ON THE FLOORS,WALLS ECT.... THEY LOSE YOUR BLOOD AND URINE AND NEED TO TAKE MORE FROM YOU..... DEFINITELY DO NOT SEEM LIKE THEY'RE LISTENING TO YOU.... I BELIEVE ITS MORE OF A PAYCHECK THEN THEM REALLY HAVING THAT CARE IN THEY HEARTS....... IF YOU ON SOME BS YEAH COME HERE OTHERWISE PLEASE GO TO THE NEXT HOSPITAL

This is my third time delivering a baby at Medical City Arlington and obviously I’m having good experiences as I keep coming back. I have to sing the nurses praises this time though. Terrie from postpartum recovery was amazing! She went out of her way to make sure my baby and I were happy, healthy and getting everything we needed. She’s the only reason I got any sleep, she explained the answer to every ridiculous question I asked and just really cared for us. For the record most of the nurses were amazing she just went above and beyond. If you’re looking for a supportive team while postpartum med city Arlington is your place!

Horrible experience. Wife was admitted and diagnosed immediately as having sepsis (major infection affecting mind). Gave her fluids, antibiotics and released her in worse condition than she arrived in. Arranged ambulance transport home because she was to weak and disoriented to stand up by herself.

The lack of urgency from all nurses, techs, and doctors was diabolical. Worse experience i ever had in a hospital, makes very concerned for patient care in this facility. Everyone seemed too miserable to do there job. Be careful where you send your loved ones

I was seen really quick, I was in a lot of pain on my left leg hip the pain was all the way down my left leg. They did an X-ray right away. While waiting for the results they gave me a shot and a pain med. Which didn’t even do anything for my pain. My daughter tried to give the nurse a list of my medication, and she said they didn’t need it. I was sent home with muscle relaxers and Motrin 3 for pain. If they had bothered to look at the meds I take they would have been able to see that I can’t take those meds because they would interfere with my medication. I have always gone to this emergency room before, but this time it was very different. The nurse and doctor were very nice and polite. I was very disappointed with patient care.

Currently on the phone with er for a prescription my daughter so badly needed this morning, to be placed on hold not once but twice. I’m not even sure of the name of the nurse or person I’m speaking with right now, but if I can I will make it my business to contact higher up and make many complaints. It won’t start with this phone conversation. I have paperwork showing the staff discharged me knowing my blood levels were way too high for me to be sent home. Medical negligence all around. Because how is it this facility has such high ratings, but the staff has no compassion for patients whatsoever and you have more complaints in these reviews than anything.
