Absolutely horrible. Save your time and find another drs office. You’re more liable to win the lottery than secure an appointment here.
If I could leave NEGATIVE stars I would. I have never had such a hard time to be seen for a general check up. I scheduled an apt months ago. They called me a day before and told me they had to reschedule because they’re actually closed at the time of my SCHEDULED apt. They didn’t offer any accommodations to a sooner appointment. I had to book the next available for weeks out. I show up to that apt EARLY. They told me they had to reschedule because they didn’t have my insurance on file & i didn’t fill out the forms. I filled out the forms and had confirmation that told me I was good to check into my apt. After showing confirmation and providing my insurance they still “rescheduled” me. Then they don’t answer the phone. LAZY TERRIBLE FRONT DESK TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TERRIBLE OFFICE MANAGER Save your time and go somewhere else.
Outstanding doctor's office! Doctor joseph's is awesome and her staff is amazing as well. First time to this office , I hope it stays the same💔
X @ anita norvelle 6 reviews ... *1 Edited an hour ago We were not a good match so we both agreed that we shouldn't do business no hard feelings we just didn't hit it off. It was nobody's fault. there was no charge and I told her I'd rip up the application and she said she'd go ahead and shred it and I left.. UPDATE Reported Dr. Janet to the insurance company because she collected $136 for an office visit which now she wants $50 from me for a copayment and we had already agreed that there was not gonna be any payment and she was supposed to shred my application, but apparently she kept it and I knew that's all she wanted was my insurance money cause she didn't want nothing to do with me, I had to tell her 1 had rheumatoid arthritis and a heart attack. And then I wanted my prescription refilled and she said noThat's the only reason she knew that and she didn't ask me any questions. Dr Janet was very rude. and had no bedside manner. So l heart attack. And then I wanted my prescription refilled and she said noThat's the only reason she knew that and she didn't ask me any questions. Dr Janet was very rude. and had no bedside manner. So I called Josie the office manager first time I called Josie she was going to look into it. The second time I called Josie She was in a meeting the third and fourth time I called her. I left her a voicemail. Call me back. She never returned my phone call so l guess that's how they handle things there SMH To top it off Dr Janet unsubscribed me from the whole Methodist Medical Group SMH Say 300 doctors so I'm not allowed to use them just because one doctor and I didn't get along. I have never been so humiliated in my life. I would never go back to her and I will be filing with the corporate office and my insurance against all of this fraud sincerely, Anita Norvelle. • Press and hold to react
I went into the hospital in very bad shape. Due to an obstruction in my colon. My kidneys had stopped functioning and I was close to cardiac arrest. The staff from the ER to ICU to a regular room was so professional and so caring. The nurses were amazing!! I feel like they saved my life! I would like to recognize everyone involved in my care. Dr Cliff Omoregie Adann Polani - nephrology Danielle Giesler - Texas Colon & Rectal Surgeon Vickie Nguyen - 3 ICU And all of the nurses that watched over me while I was in the hospital.
One of the worst clinics I have been to. The doctor I seen there was okay. (One of my first visits). It was the lab part that got to me. The first time I went there there was a black lady that was on the phone the whole time I was getting my blood drawn for the other young lady. I come again today and the same women that was on the phone is playing this provocative music. I am all for being in your groove but I do believe that there is a time and a place for certain things. VERY unprofessional. Not to mention the ladies in the front are rude. Thinking about voicing this to HR
I see Dr Joseph, she is amazing. I recently moved, tried a few Dr’s locally, but realized the level of care I get from Dr Joseph it is by far better than anything I can get elsewhere. So I drive an hour to see her. Dr Joseph is always right on point with what’s going on with me. She is the best!
ABM parking attendant. Rayja was very rude. She didn’t come out to meet the patients in any car because it was too COLD. When I asked her for her supervisor’s name she covered her name tag. She started yelling at me they only take credit cards. I would like a callback. I called the central number and was transferred to an answering machine.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
