Very friendly and helpful and checked on me when they were busy. Did tests for me and helped me with any problem.

LOVE this clinic. I always get a friendly greeting from the girls at the front desk. The nurses are very sweet & compassionate. Dr Opalach and PA Ms. Kim are very knowledgeable and attentive to your concerns. And the Phlebotomist always draws blood with the first stick and she is very sweet. Always a good experience with every appointment!

The PA was very nice and is trying to change my depression meds from Duloxetine to Buspirone but hasn’t sent lower dose Duloxetine to my drugstore. I’m supposed to start it Monday, January 19.

I have always been treated with dignity and respect. The staff listens and helps when there are issues. Biggest challenge is no Urgent Care available or after hours for minor issues that end up costing big $$$$ elsewhere.

I've been going here for about 2 years, I'm in my 60s and need a little more understanding some times these guys always come through. They are very eager to help and always a smile to share they have a phlebotomist on staff that's always a plus. They're definitely with the times sharing information digitally, their emails and text messages. I'm a little bit more in person and on the phone type, but they take care of both kinds of folks. I Always leave there better than when I went in, whether it be mentally or physically they always got my back 100% and I really appreciate these people. So glad I found them.

Great place! The front desk folks are friendly and helpful, and Julie Kim is personable, knowledgeable, professional and patient, with answers and information. Never in a hurry. Actually enjoy visiting the doctor!

Staff and Dr Opalach are great! Very professional care on everyone’s part! So glad my best friend recommended me to Dr Opalach as new my PCP and the wonderful people at this office!

If I could give a -10 rating, I would. I’ve been seeing Dr. Siegler, which is now Questcare Clinic for 35 years. I’ve previously seen Dr Opalach and lastly, J. Pribble, PA, for the past 8 years, until December, when he took a new position elsewhere. I’ve never had issues, like I’ve experienced, since mid February, when I began seeing A. DeMitchell, PA. I recently had labs & x-rays on a Thursday to determine the cause of my current symptoms, I did my part, but by Monday, more symptoms developed and naturally, informed the provider through the patient portal message center, several phone calls and voicemails requesting my results, pleading for someone to respond. Their recorded message states, they’ll respond within 24 hours, which is obviously, NOT true! It’s been 8 days and now it’s Friday, no one EVER replied, not even the office manager! 12 days have lapsed and still nothing. For all they care, I could be deceased and sadly, that’s what’s coming when this level of neglect and disregard is displayed. This is serious and COMPLETELY DESPICABLE & UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! I’ll be escalating through other means next week. People, I “strongly urge” you to not choose this Dr/clinic. They have no communication, zero sense of urgency, nor the integrity to follow-up with lab & x-ray results. Herd’em in, collect on insurance & yer done! That’s it, sadly the patient is just the tool used to get to the money pot! It’s a deplorable disgrace that our healthcare has diminished to this unprecedented level of greed & disregard. Where’s the conscience and compassion they swear by?? Stay far far away from Questcare and based on a lot of Google reviews, it’s not just this office, read them for yourselves! They WILL NOT prioritize your care, their main job, and you could be putting your life at risk if something were seriously wrong!! You’re a bother to them! Now, go find a great provider & best wishes!

I love my dr office. Been with them for years. Hate that Jay left, but I'm sure Alicia will be great!!
