They don't care once they get your money. They hype you up and get you excited but you'll never hear a word from them after they get your money. The good reviews have to be paid reviews or they know someone who works there. The manager called me at least twice a month trying to get me to come in. After she got my money haven't got a single call to check on progress or to see why I haven't attended a class. ( Been sick for a while)

Michelle took real good care of my husband John and I today. We had been going to the location in Cedar Hill but the location closed. Michelle is high trained in nutrition and the way our bodies metabolizes. She was very thorough in the way we should be eating, preparing food, taking supplements, and doing measurements. I like that she holds you accountable for checking in three times per week with weight and with food dairies. She is realistic in obtaining and maintaining weight loss goals. She gives her clients the right tools to be successful in their weight loss journey. She also works with in your budget for supplements and for adding additional time for weight loss and maintenance. I look forward to working with her and learning more about nutrition.
