Dr Uselton is very thorough in his questioning about the issue(s) at hand. He is our Go-To Dr of choice. 5☆

The lab and office staff don't work well between them and the patient. I went to that office 4 times to get blood work done before a surgery. 4 times. I went 15 days before the surgery and still they manage to not send the results in time to the surgery clinic, lost one of the blood work, and blame the system and myself for the outcome of the blood work delay. Kelly the manager never apologized neither tried to solve the problem. The only person that took responsibility and apologized of the outcome was nurse Walker. We've never regretted the decision to choose Family Healthcare Associates as our primary care provider. If you have a cough or congestion or any kind of cold symptoms, don't even bother trying to see a doctor here. I have frequent sinus problems, but when I try to see my doctor (who knows my history as I've been going here for over 10 years) they will not allow me to be seen because I have symptoms similar to covid. Even if I get a negative test first. But yet my kid's pediatrician will see them with the exact same symptoms, no problem. I'm not sure what they do here anymore, other than well person exams and vaccines. If you're sick they won't see you in the office. Lots of great doctors here, but the company policy means their hands are tied. This place is a rip off, don't waste your money on this place.  Had a virtual appointment for my teenage son with Dr. Linh Nguyen and was charged $307.00 for a 15 minute zoom call.  Their billing dept said it was because he was new patient, so there is an "extra charge" for being a new patient.  So we are being penalized for being new?  Why couldn't you just disclose that you weren't accepting new patients? This is shitty practice, so eff this place and eff that dumb btch, L. Nguyen.

After speaking to the office twice, told them I had a sinus infection, they refused to see me. I was there for something unrelated to the sinus infection. I do drove many miles and missed work to see Dr. Michael Maxwell. I would not use or trust any of the doctors in this group.

I have been going to this practice for several years and love the staff there. I like the availability of being able to make appointments for evenings and weekends. The message system works really well as I always receive a response within 24 hours. The front desk is always helpful and been able to register online cut down the waiting time.

Love Dr. Ingle and his staff but there are always appoinments available with other Dr's if I need to get in quickly.
