We absolutely adore Dr. George Anagnostis. He has been our primary physician for over 12 years and I couldn’t imagine seeing anyone else.He is caring, compassionate and loving. He treats you like family and provides the best care!

Your customer service is ridiculous. The doctor is good but the front desk people areIncompetent and extremely rude. When you call to make an appointment or communicate you have to leave a message, because after being on hold for 20 minutes, they finally prompt you to leave a message. When they do answer on occasion after 20 rings, the receptionist wants to know what the specific issue is. I told them once that the issue was medical related, they got really bugged.My HIPAA rights should allow me to discuss that with the care giver only. I recommend to the people that own or manage Family Healthcare to audit the customer service issue and find a way to provide a higher levelOf service. Be careful going to this practice. A lot of "cross talk" among employees. Please do a full background on this location before choseing it. And if you just look below, they only answer anyone who gives a good review. Consider what they will do with your health.

Do not ever expect to get anything solved quickly here. Consistently long wait times (Ive been "waiting" for my telehealth appointment to start for 2 hours now..) bad communication amongst staff as well as with patients, inconsistent billing (every time I go for the SAME reason, they charge me differently...Sometimes less sometimes more?) constantly receiving the wrong information. I have gone here my entire life but will not be continuing service here anymore, their lack of care for the patient is very evident by their practices.Do not ever expect to get anything solved quickly here. My 1st visit was ALMOST 5 stars until they called me the NEXT day to tell me they didn't have enough blood samples. Stop using temp agencies in your lab and or get someone that can read a damn chart! Yet it's ok to inconvenience the patient. I have to missed the 1st few hours of work leave one city drive to another city for blood work and drive to the 3rd city for work. So blessed to have Dr. Nguyen as my doctor. She's so wonderful, she's always patient and listens to you. She is caring and explains everything about your concern. I'm in my late 50s and she is the best doctor I've ever had in my life.
