On Monday July 19 2021 was approached by a young nurse telling me that they close at 1630. I told her I just got there and needed to wait on transportation. I told her that I already called for one. She ask, when will it get here? I said, I don't know. Just after that, I was approached by the Team Leader. She said that I said you said that your transport wouldn't be here till 1830! I said that's wasn't stated. I said I didn't know. Well ,we close at 1630! What's your name? she said, I need to talk, to your supervisor! Call your supervisor! I need to, we need to talk, cause we close at 1630. ( I ,am an Officer on official business, with a prisoner, that just had a surgery and was discharged at 1630) . I experienced lies and attitude in just a short time. FYI my transportation didn't arrive till 1720.

Clean and bright, computerized board keeps you informed on loved ones status and progress of procedure. Comfortable waiting area with coffee and tea available. Cookies for as long as they last. Staff is friendly and compassionate.

I have never been to medical facility there is more professional courteous caring for qualified as JPS Surgical Center. From the time I walked in the door to the time they push my wheelchair to the car I was treated with a level of care and concern that honestly I am unaccustomed And oh by the way, this is during an unprecedented pandemic that has got to have most in the medical community at their wit's end. But dr. Kim all the nurses the anesthesiologist the front desk nurse, everyone was great! They asked about any concerns or questions I had, listened and gave honest and thought out answers. And by the way, the pre-op pain I was enduring has been so relieved by this procedure I don't even need the pain meds prescribed! I'll have a little swelling and some pressure, unbelievable relief! At one point right before the surgery,. Doctor Kim, all the nurses, the anesthesiologist everyone, gathered around my bed, introduced themselves personally, and told me what their role in procedure was. Seriously like I was Dak Prescott, but I'm just Jason nobody. You guys are the best.
