The office is comfortable and relaxing, boasting large fish tanks, a television, and plenty of appropriately spaced seating. The receptionists spoke to me, as I reached their windows, and were efficient and polite, while collecting my information. I've seen Rebecca, twice. While she maintains a professional attitude, she is also warm, caring, exudes positivity, and offers helpful information to address any questions I have. For many years, Dr. Bracey has been my doctor, and his warm disposition, as well, as his willingness to explain medical issues, have also earned my trust and respect. TDDC, in Arlington, has been my go-to for more than twenty years, and they will continue to be so.

I have been a patient of Dr Bracy, Texas Digestive Disease Facility, for a couple of years now and I have to say I'm very satisfied with the service, I received through his facility. Not only I'm satisfied but I must say his practitioner Rebecca, is an outstanding practitioner. I am so grateful for her patience, kindness, and understanding the fact that she explained in detail about my situation. In particular I am very appreciative she is an outstanding practitioner I think she is a plus to Dr Barcy's clinic. When you enter Dr Bracy's clinic you're going to receive a warm welcome from the registered nurse, and the intake nurse they are very warm and polite individuals I am grateful to this clinic.

The staff is great and puts you at ease. My intake nurse was easy-going. Margaret, the anesthesiologist was funny and cool. Amanda the post-op nurse was awesome as well. Dr. Szeto was great too and explained everything afterwards so I could understand.
