List of Texas Health Arlington Memorial Hospital Emergency Room's Reviews
This place is wonderful. The er staff was great. 4th floor icu staff is awesome caring for the patients especially the nurse Angela. I highly recommend this hospital.
5 Stars because once I got admitted I was treated wonderfully! 4 th Floor nurses, Oncology & Neurology were amazing. Also the Chaplain that came downstairs twice to speak to me was beyond wonderful and very helpful! My brain won’t let me remember her name now but I am so glad that was an option for me. Thanks Arlington Memorial!
Dr. William Crawford did an excellent job on my two surgeries. He repaired tendon ruptures and corrected high arches during two extensive procedures. Dr. Crawford is an extremely competent surgeon - very sharp, with the ability to process information quickly. You can tell his mind is always several steps ahead. I had a 100% positive outcome. Dr. Crawford and his staff were a pleasure to work with: friendly, responsive, and always quick to answer any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Crawford and his team.
I am currently at the hospital experiencing severe pain due to a large uterine fibroid, and I am concerned about the level of care I have received. Despite being here for several hours, I have not yet been assigned a physician to evaluate or treat my condition. While the nursing staff has been attentive within their scope, they are unable to provide the necessary medical care without direction from a doctor. I chose to return to this hospital based on a prior experience, with the expectation of timely and adequate care. Unfortunately, this visit has not met those expectations. The apparent lack of available medical staff and the extended wait time for physician evaluation during a situation involving significant pain is deeply concerning. I respectfully request a review of this situation to ensure that patients in urgent need of care receive appropriate and timely medical attention. Oh a the nurses station at the ER are very rude. David (nurse) is sooo cool…the nurses who kept answering my call button kept hanging up on me an saying they didn’t hear me an they said they’d come to my room and NEVER DID while laughing
10/10. Traveling and had an emergency — they admitted me immediately, did labs right away, and the doctor saw me quickly. Excellent service.
Honestly the BEST hospital you can go to. The staff is wonderful and patient.
I'm very angry. I am a 65 year old woman in a wheelchair. I woke up my 64 year old husband of 40 years, who has been working 2 jobs in order to take me to the ER at Arlington Memorial Hospital at midnight 2/13/2026, the day before Valentines Day. I was done by 2 am. Even though I asked security politely to stay in the lobby until my husband woke up at 5, the security guard informed me that I would have to leave the hospital immediately because it was company policy, that there are sick people here. Mind you there was NO ONE in the lobby at that hour. Instead of waking my poor husband I was left with taking an Uber home at 2 am in the morning, If that don't beat all!!!! Shame on you for being so rigid that you can't make an exception for a little old lady in a wheelchair!!!
I do not understand why they have such a bad rating. I saw the rating and I was very hesitant to go, however I also thought I was about to die and didn't have much choice. Thankfully I was not dying, and they were very thorough running xrays, CT scan, bloodwork, gave me some medications, and checked vitals several times. Everybody I dealt with was very nice, and I was seen quickly and never had to wait too long between updates (relative to other ER experiences). I have to say I feel like they were very nice, very thorough, and got me through as quickly as possible while confirming I did have something going on, so I knew I wasn't crazy, but I wasn't in any real danger which gave me a lot of peace of mind. However, my personality is very easy to deal with and I appreciate what everybody does, so that may have effected my experience.
Lactation consultant is useless. I gave birth at Texas Health in Alliance but this hospital is closer to where I live. I called and scheduled an appointment to help with my baby's latch. When I arrived for my scheduled appointment, I was not helped because I did not have a signed referral from my Obgyn. Although they are both Texas Health, they each have different protocol. Instead, we both sat there for almost an hour and waited for my Obgyn it fax the signed referral. I didn't feed my baby right away because I wanted to be seen for assistance when I noticed that my baby wasn't gaining much weight. I finally left because my baby was hungry and I was super engorged. As I got into the parking lot, she called me and said the referral came in. For some reason I came back. She did not weigh my baby first because he was crying hysterically from being hungry. Of course during the appointment, his latch was fine but how could we know how much he ate without weighing him first. Before leaving she encouraged me to purchase donor milk since formula was not an option for me. It was $20 for 5 ounces. Crazzzy! After I left, she called me a total of 5 times to schedule a weight check with my pediatrician. I found that extremely rude and unprofessional because we could have spoken about this while I was in the hospital. Not all hours of the evening in a sporadic fashion. I didn't get any useful feedback for my babies latch. Waste of time and disappointment is what this appointment was. I ended up continuing to drive 30 minutes to Texas Health in Alliance every Thursday for the breastfeeding support group there.
I am absolutely pleased with my visit here. The doctors and nurses really cared about my comfortability, my safety, and made my induced labor journey as smooth as it could have possibly been. The breakfast here is also great I wanted to say thank you to the amazing cook staff you have here

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
